Stardate: 54337.5 - Voyager secretly trails two Hirogen ships in pursuit of the renegade hologram ship. Iden, the band's self-appointed leader, begins showing signs of delusional behaviour when he considers himself as the 'saviour of his people', and believes that his people will worship him as a God in their new settlement. With Voyager and the Hirogen ships trailing close behind, the Doctor and Torres must find a way to disable the ships and the holograms before they come under attack from the Hirogen, and before Iden can execute his plan.

Lex hires some thugs to bug Lionel's office but things get out of control when Lionel and Martha are taken hostage, and Clark must rescue them without revealing his secrets.

Lex locates Morgan Edge and gets him to admit to dirty dealings with Lionel, but before Lex can take it to the authorities, someone tries to kill him at the mansion. Barely surviving, Lex flees and asks Clark for help. However, when Clark returns to the mansion to investigate he finds nothing amiss, and begins to wonder if it really happened, especially after Lionel announces Lex has had a psychotic break and must be institutionalized.

Donna is struggling in the French immersion program, and feels left out because Brenda and her classmates can speak fluent French. Donna catches the eye of a photographer, who offers her a modeling job. A man tries to entice Donna into signing a two-year modeling contract, but he's just trying to get her into bed. Steve finds the perfect partner for the mixed doubles volleyball tournament. He is hurt when she rejects his romantic advances and pursues Brandon. Kelly and Dylan team up for the volleyball tournament, and also babysit Erin together. A visiting girl expresses an interest in David and his music. Kelly catches them making out, and tries to talk some sense into David. Kelly finds Dylan waiting in her cabin. Brandon wants to quit the paper so that he can enjoy his senior year. Andrea enlists the help of new advisor and English teacher Gil Meyers to change his mind. Gil decides to have Brandon replace Andrea as editor. She accuses him of sexism and wants to resign. Gil resolves the dispute by making Andrea and Brandon co-editors. A depressed Kelly changes her entire schedule to avoid Brenda and Dylan. Brenda, Steve and Donna sign up to be ""senior buddies"" for freshmen and transfer students. Donna is paired with David's summer fling Nikki, who has moved from San Francisco. David is afraid to confess to Donna, but Nikki inadvertently breaks the news. Donna tests David's love by having Nikki pretend to come on to him. Nikki expresses an interest in Brandon. Steve winds up with geeky freshman Herbert, while Brenda tries to help Scott's troubled sister Sue. Dr. Walden comes out of a coma with super-powers and a desire to kill Clark, piquing the Luthors' interest. The spaceship starts talking to Clark, and Helen and Lex prepare for their wedding.

Stardate: 54622.4 - It's up to Chakotay, Kim, and the Doctor to liberate the Voyager crew and help uncover a conspiracy of illegal labor practices.

Stardate: 54973.4 - Twenty-six years in the future, a regretful Admiral Janeway hatches an audacious plan to bring Voyager home sooner, rather than have it spend an additional sixteen years making its journey.

Jeremiah Holdsclaw, a young Kiwatche Indian, steals a mythic knife from the tribal caves and gets superpowers similar to Clark's. Jeremiah believes he is the fulfillment of the ancient prophecy of Naman, "the man who fell from the stars." He sets out to kill Lionel with the knife, and Clark must stop him without revealing his own secret.

Martin makes a deal with the Russians to rescue Kate. Gabi struggles to make a decision about her husband. In 2004, Dmitry asks one last favor of Terrance. In 1972, the last pieces of the puzzle to understanding Martin Odum's identity are revealed.

Stardate: Unknown - The Doctor is abducted from Voyager and forced to work in a hospital where patients are treated based on their social status.

Stardate: 54553.4 - Voyager is pulled into a barren spatial void where survival is based on preying upon others.

Stardate: 54584.3 - The Voyager crew is abducted to an alien world, where their memories are altered and they are dropped into the large population of an industrial labor force.

When two fathers on opposite sides of the country are inexplicably murdered at the exact same time in the exact same way, Mulder and Scully are called in to investigate. When they discover that the two fathers' eight-year-old daughters are identical twins, they realize that something even stranger is going on.

A strange woman shows up claiming to be Clark's biological mother...and that his father is Lionel. Meanwhile Lana decides to meet with the man who is her biological father.

Stardate: 54817.5 - Chakotay and Seven find themselves trapped with a primitive culture that is separated from the rest of its world by an energy field designed to protect them.

FBI Agent Kate Moretti asks Dr. Daniel Pierce to determine the mental competency of a man being retried for murder. But the trial takes a shocking and unexpected turn when Pierce’s findings question whether the person standing trial is the same person he was six years ago. Meanwhile, Moretti is unpleasantly surprised to discover that the Assistant U.S. Attorney prosecuting the case is her soon-to-be-ex-husband Donnie Ryan.

Stardate: 48975.1. The crew happen upon a 1936 Ford truck adrift in space, leading to the discovery of a cryogenic chamber of humans abducted in the 1930s, including Amelia Earhart.

Stardate: 50614.2. During an away mission, Chakotay discovers a Federation hailing signature coming from an alien planet. After landing, he learns that all is not peaceful, and those helping him have not been entirely honest about their true origins.

Moretti learns that there may be some truth to Pierce's conspiracy theory; Pierce's new doctor forces him to face the truth about Natalie.

Stardate: 54518.2 - The captain of a Klingon ship on a generational holy mission believes Torres' unborn child may lead them to a new era of enlightenment.
