The Sorceress realizes her old enemy Morgoth is attempting to return to Eternia. She decides to make a stand and tells He-Man how her first battle against Morgoth caused her to take up the mantle of Sorceress of Grayskull.

The Sorceress sends He-Man, Man-At-Arms, Orko and Battle Cat back in time after Skeletor, who, with Tri-Klops and Fang Man, has gone back into Eternia's past to plant an effective time bomb on the spot where Castle Grayskull now stands, that will destroy it in the present unless He-Man manages to stop it "in time"...

Na'Toth attacks an alien woman that has just arrived on the station, claiming that she is the Dilgar war criminal Jha'dur - known as Deathwalker. Meanwhile, Talia is hired by Kosh to oversee some rather strange negotiations.

An ambassador from another kingdom visits the Royal Palace to present King Randor with a gift. But Man-At-Arms recognises the man as Skeletor in disguise, and in an attempt to stop him, is turned into a crystal statue. He-Man and Teela must journey to the Isles of Darksmoke, where the great and ancient dragon Granamyr knows the only spell to reverse the effect on Man-At-Arms. But their task proves far from easy- for not only is Granamyr suspicious of humans and reluctant to help them, but he says he will only give them the spell if they cut down the living tree named Skytree. Will He-Man willingly take a life if it is the only way to save that of his friend?

He-Man and Man-At-Arms set sail to investigate the disappearance of some of King Randor's food ships. Sucked beneath the surface by a whirlpool, they find themselves in the underwater city of Aquatica, which has been taken over by Merman. Merman has kidnapped the city's princess, Nahmi, and is controlling the Aquaticans with the Pearl of Power! But he has convinced them that the surface dwellers kidnapped Nahmi, and the Aquaticans have waged war against the people of the surface. Can He-Man help the Aquaticans see the light, and rescue Princess Nahmi before Merman creates more havoc?

Now that the House of Shokoti has been risen from the Sands, and Lord Masque has been defeated, the heroes retire to bed for the night, planning to investigate the temple in the morning. But Stanlin, whom Melaktha has refused permission to join the expedition, is determined to see inside the temple for himself, and forces Ram Man (who has been put on night guard) to ram down the temple's door for him. Ram Man gives in to his wishes, but is knocked unconscious by the force of the blow, and Stanlin soon finds himself a helpless prisoner of Shokoti herself.....

An irresponsible junior guard, Philip, fails to notice Whiplash sneaking into the palace grounds to steal the King's Ice Raider. He-Man stops Whiplash just in time, but King Randor relocates Philip to the Eternian Weather Station to improve his responsibilities. Skeletor, determined to get hold of the Ice Raider, consults his agent in the North, Icer, and orders him to take over the Weather Station. Icer has no trouble in taking over, and before long weather disasters are occurring all over Eternia.

A friend of Talia comes to Babylon 5 to negotiate a deal to help Mars become more self-sufficient, when a man calling out "Free Mars!" electrocutes him.

Babylon 5 gets considerable space problems when 25,000 Earth Force soldiers arrive. Led by General Richard Franklin, Stephen Franklin's father, they are to use Babylon 5 as a staging point for a risky military operation.

Londo gets a visit from an old friend who seeks his help after being called a traitor by the Centarum. Sheridan starts hallucinating after being attacked by a dead alien.

When he is practising a magic spell, Orko's magic is stolen by a small creature called a Gronk, which teleports to another world. The Sorceress traces Orko's magic to the strange world of Omiros, and He-Man and Orko journey there to recover the magic. On this surreal planet, they find that an evil wizard called Zolt has absorbed Orko's magic and is using it to control Omiros. They must fight Zolt and recover Orko's magic before the portal back to Eternia closes!

Baron Grod, an intrepid huntsman who kills animals in order to stuff them, is after the last living unicorn on Eternia. Prince Adam and Teela must set out to save the unicorn and put an end to Grod's doings.

The Sorceress sends He-Man to the Sands of Time, to investigate the mystery surrounding a pyramid which appeared out of nowhere, then vanished as mysteriously as it appeared. When he reaches the desert, accompanied by Ram Man and Orko, He-Man comes across a villain called Lord Masque, who is causing havoc in the desert whilst intending to uncover the house of his 'mistress'. He-Man consults the Royal Archaeologist, Melaktha, who tells him that there was once a dark fortress in the desert which was home to the evil Goddess Shokoti. Suspecting this is the fortress that Masque intends to uncover, Melaktha and his young assistant Stanlin accompany the heroes to the desert to investigate Masque's scheme further.

When Beast Man crashlands by Palace Eternia in one of Skeletor's shuttles, Adam, Teela, Man-At-Arms, Man-E-Faces and Ram Man discover that he was being sent to the Dark Moon of Eternia. Curious as to why Skeletor wanted to send him there, they imprison Beast Man in jail and take the ship up there themselves. Reaching Eternia's Bright Moon, they discover that Eternia's two moons are at war with one another after a resident of the Dark Moon reported seeing the people of the Bright Moon causing severe destruction on the Dark Moon. Knowing that the residents of the Bright Moon are innocent, the heroic warriors realise that Skeletor must be the real cause of the destruction, and so Man-E-Faces disguises himself with a Beast Man costume, and goes to the Dark Moon to spy on Skeletor and his warriors and foil their scheme.

He-Man and Man-At-Arms discover a crashed spaceship piloted by a robot. They take him back to the palace, where Man-At-Arms manages to repair the robot, who tells them his name is Roboto and he is a space explorer from the planet Robotica. He expresses his interest to explore Eternia, but during the night he is captured by Modulok, Man-At-Arms' sworn enemy! Modulok reprogrammes him to do his own dirty work, which involves the dastardly experiment of transplanting Man-At-Arms' brain into Modulok's extra head.....

An evil king from the Dimension of Evil has kidnapped a good wizard. In order to get his freedom back, his daughter makes a bargain that she will kidnap the Star Child so that the evil king can look upon her. However, she soon finds out that she's bee duped when the evil king breaks his bargain and transports her, the Star Child and the heroes (along with the Star Child's body guard) to his dimension, hoping to force the Star Child to use her powers to open a gate to Eternia for himself and his forces to come through and take over.

Sinclair's decisions the last year catch up with him, when an internal affairs investigator arrives to test the crew's loyalty to Earth Force with the help of a telepath. And Lennier shows great interest in Garibaldi's attempt at assembling a 1990's motorcycle.

Granamyr summons He-Man to Darksmoke, and He-Man follows his call accompanied by Man-At-Arms, who wishes to thank Granamyr for helping save his life (in "The Dragon's Gift"). Granamyr explains that a young dragon called Torm has fallen in love with a human princess, Lyra, and wants to become human in order to marry her. But Lyra's father, Brindle, will only allow any man to marry her if he passes a series of tests. Only a human can take these tests, and Granamyr wants He-Man to take them on behalf of Torm. He-Man agrees, but as he undertakes the tests he faces danger from an evil sorcerer called Zim, who wants to marry Lyra himself.

Cheetor becomes trapped in Tarantulas's net of deceit and torture.

Terrorsaur comes across a mountain of energon floating in mid air. He chances robot mode to get a sample, but instead of damaging him, the energon supercharges him. With his newly gained powers he sets out to depose Megatron and then destroy the Maximals.

Rhinox spots a falling stasis pod while surveying unused Predacon territory. He is the first to arrive, but the pod is damaged and he is unable to activate the DNA scanner. Unless he can get it working again soon, the protoform's spark will be extinguished.

Predicting the next stasis pod's landing, Tarantulas knocks out both the Preds' and the Maximals' computer systems. He plans to recruit the protoform robot for himself, but has to let Blackarachnia tag along when she discovers him scheming.

Inferno retrieves a golden disk hidden inside a glowing mountain. When Megatron sees it, he decides there are far more important things to worry about than the Maximals, and offers Optimus a truce. Meanwhile, Tarantulas is even more determined to leave the planet than ever.

An alien spacecraft lands and captures Airrazor while she's examining it. Optimus and Rattrap enter to rescue her, while the Predacons stand outside, ready to break the truce at a moment's notice.
