Phineas and Ferb create the world's largest golf course, and since Candace is sick, she asks her best friend Stacey to bust the boys for her.

The boys learn about one of Ferb's Victorian ancestors, who helped a scientist create a monster. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz recalls the story of his great-great-grandfather Dr. Jekyll Doofenshmirtz.

The boys create a cartoon and cast themselves as superheroes and Candace as the villain, while Perry attempts to defeat Doofenshmirtz, who has taken control of the power of dance.

Vanessa Doofenshirtmz tries to convince her dad that she's responsible enough to have her own car. For that, she has to get a special chemical for him in hopes she doesn't always have to ride with him on the family scooter. At the mega mall, a chase for the chemical ensues as it's tossed around between Candace and Stacy, Buford and Baljeet, and Ferb, who joins Vanessa's quest in hopes he'll be able to get her attention.

It's the summer solstice, so Phineas, Ferb, and their friends decide to travel around the world in one day in an effort to create the "biggest, longest, funnest summer day of all time". But not everyone believes they can actually achieve what they have set out to do, especially Buford. Candace tags along because Jeremy is on a trip to Paris, and she fears that there he may meet other girls. Also, Isabella finds her affections for Phineas sorely tested when his steadfast focus on achieving his goal puts pressure on her. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz takes a father trip to Tokyo, Japan with Vanessa, but sets out with Perry and Major Monogram to find her when she joins Phineas, Ferb and the others.

When Phineas and Ferb spin the house in order to paint it more quickly, Candace, inside the house, gets dizzy and collapses. She wakes up in the magical land of Odd and heads down the yellow sidewalk to Bustopolis to meet the Wizard.

For Harbor Days Festival, Phineas and Ferb celebrate by creating a mechanical version of the historical elusive shark of Danville Harbor. Seeing what the boys are up to, Candace enlists some help to capture the mysterious shark. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz invents the 'Salt Water Taffy-inator' to give cavities to every kid in the Tri-State Area.

When Baljeet becomes concerned that he is losing his mental edge, the boys invent a cerebral stimulatory hat, or "Brain booster," to help him. But when the hat exceeds expectations and makes Baljeet exponentially smarter, he suddenly views everyone else as beneath him and becomes a threat to civilization by taking Earth's atmosphere and bringing it to the moon. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans to use his "Key-Find-Inator" to collect all the keys in Danville in hopes that it will lead to the Key to the City.

Agent P quickly figures out there is more to Norm's odd reality show that celebrates the eventful life of his creator Dr. Doofenshmirtz, which is recreated through flashbacks and special guests.

The boys create Rutabaga-themed vehicles when Candace is chosen to be Rutabaga princess and gets to start the "Running of the Chinchillas." Across town, Doofenshmirtz plans to turn himself into a real live Kinderlumper to scare Roger into relinquishing control of the Tri-State Area over to him.

After Doofenshmirtz is defeated, a new threat in the 2nd Dimension emerges, leaving it up to Phineas, Ferb, Candace and her resistance fighters to defeat this new foe.

Hector recruits the help of every arctic misfit in a plan to freeze the earth by fluctuating the magnetism of earth and make everywhere on earth a freezing pole. He succeeds despite Cod Commando's efforts, but all gravity on the earth has gone! Everything floats up to space and Hector is abducted by aliens. Luckily for Hector, the aliens all have exposed brains and a stomach you can see, and Hector is accepted into their group.

It's the last day of summer vacation and Phineas and Ferb decide to seize the day and make the most of it. Unfortunately for Candace this means it's also her last chance to bust her brothers... or is it?

Phineas and Ferb's newest invention is a pair of boots that make the wearer extraordinarily fast. Candace decides to wear them so that she can be in two places at once; at Jeremy's family picnic, where she runs into Mrs. Johnson, and also at the library where she promised Mom she would read to the kids. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz's building is put up for sale so he tries to convince a prospective buyer, Annabelle, who turns out to be a long lost relative of the Johnson family, that it is not worth buying.

After Grim's robe comes out of the washing machine, Billy and Mandy find Thromnambular, a talking skull with ruby eyes and a number nine imprinted on his forehead. Grim tells them that the skull is a magical artifact imprisoned on Earth that must grant his nine wishes to be free. When Mandy asks Grim why he has not used any of the wishes, Grim tells her that the skull will corrupt the wishes and end up affecting the wisher.

When Billy's parents are attacked by an anaconda, Billy suggest visiting boy wizard Nigel Planter, because he can talk to snakes. Planter in fact does not speak to snakes, but to snacks, and instead he asks for Billy, Mandy and Grim's help to win the affections of Huffefnie Pfefferpfeffer, a beautiful witch in the School of Sorcery (and having a striking resemblance to Gladys). Planter tries using a romantic love potion and enchanted chocolates, but they do not work. The guys end up completely forgetting about Billy's parents.

When Billy and Irwin start making prank calls, everybody knows that Billy is behind the calls because every telephone has a caller ID. While Billy searches in Grim's trunk in the basement for something to defeat the caller ID, he finds a skull-shaped phone with no caller ID. Grim warns him to not use the phone, because it is used to call the ancient demon Cthulhu, whose sole appearance makes people go mad, and if awakened will cause the destruction of the world. Despite Grim's warning, Billy and Irwin use the phone anyway, and they are sucked into it by tentacles.

As Billy behaves more reckless than ever and cannot stop breaking everything in sight, Mandy thinks he should go some place where he can release all his urge to destroy until he gets tired of it. Mandy, Grim, and Irwin go to Level 9, home of the fearsome warrior Lord Pain, to convince him to take Billy. Billy receives psychological treatment and it is revealed that his desire to destroy stems from lack of attention when he was younger. Lord Pain abducts him, and together they start destroying everything in Level 9, which seems to be is uninhabited. Billy is still not satisfied, so he and Lord Pain return to Endsville and carry on breaking everything.

When Nergal comes to tell the guys about his new pizza joint, Grim thinks he can do better by using his Granny's recipe. A pizza war ensues between Nergal's Pizza and Grim's Pizza, with each pizzeria launching TV ads and discrediting each other. Nergal Jr. uses his shape-shifting abilities to infiltrate Grim's pizza and replace Granny Grim's hot sauce with a "ghastly elixir". The result is pizzas becoming monsters and attacking the city, and the citizens developing parasites similar to Nergal. Nergal and his family leave the city just as Grim's sauce explodes.

Inspired by Dad's favorite childhood program, the boys decide to create a magic carpet, and Candace is convinced that fortune cookies will lead her to bust her brothers. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans on ruining his brother's art unveiling by using his "Stain-inator" to ruin a mysterious painting, but as it turns out, the painting is Dr. Doofenshmirtz's very own masterpiece that he created when he was a youth back in Gimmelshtump.
