The Defenders of the Realm are getting ready for the final battle with the forces of evil. For ruling all parts of the dark world Kittana reached an agreement with Sheeva's Warriors. But she doesn't know that she is in fact the cruel Shang Tsung who transformed to look like Sheeva. The good forces break into Shao Kahn's castle and demand that Shao Kahn hands over his rule to the princess. Suddenly Shang Tsung appears with warriors of the real Sheeva. The magician is also after the power the monarch chair. But Tsung forgets one thing, Sheeva has enemies withing the outworld forces. Raiden finds out Shang Tsung's plan and disturbers the fight. The god of thunder brings with him the worst enemy of Sheeva, Motaro's squad. Mortal Kombat continues, but the insurrection failed and The Earth is still in danger.

A strange energy emission in New Guinea leads the Earth Warriors to Rain, an old friend of Kitana. He informs them that Shao Kahn is seeking a powerful weapon hidden in a sacred temple. The Earth Warriors ready for battle before it's too late, only to discover later that Rain is a traitor and has kidnapped Kitana.

When Sari mysteriously disappears, Prowl and Bulkhead go searching for her on Dinobot Island.

Quan Chi finds a magic crystal with which he is able to awaken all the evil in a human soul. Using it, the magician influences on Earth Warriors and makes them hate each other. The Earth is now out of any defence, and would be conquered by Quan Chi, if not for Nightwolf who escaped the crystal's influence. It's Nightwolf who's fate is to destruct evil crystal and to ruin Quan Chi's black magic.

Sonya and Sub-Zero go out to find out the plan of Black Dragons. Suddenly they are attacked and Sonya was close to death but she was saved by a former member of Black Dragon- Kabal. Years ago Kabal was one of the best warriors in his clan, but Shao Kahn thought that he was too dangerous and ordered to destroy him. By a miracle Kabal survived in his fight with the hired killers, but his face was vicously scarred. He puts on his mask again and begins a battle against Shao Kahn and Black Dragon. Kano and his servants make a Portal to lead the army of evil to other worlds. With the help of Kabal the earth defenders manage to crush these forces unleashed by Kano and to destroy the Portal. The Earth Warriors offer Kabal to join them but he chooses the way of a lonely warrior.

Avalanche wants to join the Institute, but has trouble being accepted by the others, especially after he's accused of taking joyrides on the X-vehicles at night.

The women form a team of crime fighters after Jean and Amara are teased for having weaker powers, and they call themselves the Bayville Sirens.

Mystique frees a mutant called the Scarlet Witch from an asylum, hoping she'll help the Brotherhood, but Mystique doesn't know the witch is seeking revenge on Quicksilver and Magneto.

At Xavier's urging, the Brotherhood and the X-Men unite to battle Magneto; and the Institute begins to self-destruct while students are trapped in the mansion.

A traitor in the battle threatens the efforts of the X-Men and the Brotherhood against Magneto, who has another secret weapon -- the Sentinel robot.

X-Men and the Brotherhood deal with the aftermath of the world finding out about mutants. The Institute is blown up, and Mystique posed as Prof. X to blow it up. Some of the X-Men and Brotherhood are captured, leaving the mutants that escaped to find them and the Professor.

Wanda receives a clue from one of Magneto's minions, Pyro, directing her to a ski resort. Meanwhile, Kurt is meeting Amanda's parents for the first time, and the Toad believes he can use Kurt's holo-inducer to disguise himself and win Wanda's love.

A mysterious female assassin terrorizes the X-Mansion, knocking out the X-Men one by one. Wolverine finds out that it is his clone, created by the Dr. Deborah Risman and raised without love by HYDRA, and she wants to kill him because she holds him responsible for her miserable life. Wolverine and X-23, as she is called, square off in a battle that Wolverine does not want to win.

When Cyclops and Nightcrawler save people from a car crash they question Xavier's desire to keep their identities a secret. Meanwhile, the Brotherhood terrorize people in a crowded stadium.

Steve and Marcy ask Peggy to look over their house, but when a moving company asks for "Steves Roadhouse", Peggy allows the company to tow away the Rhoades' home, and they have to spend a night at the Bundys - where Kelly is having a slumber party.

Bruce and the Hulk are now two separate beings, but the Hulk escapes and goes on a destructive rampage. The Leader captures him and has his intellect placed into the Hulk's body, acquiring the power he's craved.

The Player challenges Carmen to a low-tech crime. Carmen accepts the Player's challenge and attempts to steal the Orient Express. Zack and Ivy need some help to solve Carmen's clues and are partnered with a gaucho detective named Armando.

Maelstrom, a thief who was caught by Carmen during her time as ACME-detective, escapes from prison, swearing revenge on her. At first, it is reported to the detectives that he died during his escape. The detectives are curious about him and The Chief tells them about his adventure with detective Carmen. During that adventure, Carmen and a robot version of the Chief stop Maelstrom from stealing the wreck of the Titanic. At the conclusion of the story, Ivy and Zack find out that Maelstrom is alive and see the opportunity to catch both Carmen and Maelstrom. However, when the detectives sneak aboard Maelstrom's ship, he captures them.

Natural disasters are raging on across Earth. The Fantastic Four head off into space, finding Thor and the source of the problems, Ego. The Fantastic Four and Thor can't stop them on their own and will have to rely on one person: Galactus.

Rolly believes he has fallen in love with Dumpling and attempts to impress her. However, Dumpling doesn't seem interested in Rolly, causing him to lose hope. Lucky, Cadpig, and Spot attempt to help Rolly make an impression on Dumpling.

Cruella fakes an injury on Dearly property so that she can sue them for the farm.

The Main Pups try to get to the county fair when they miss the bus going there.

The Main Pups have the run of the farm when they come home to find it evacuated so that Jasper and Horace can fumigate it for termites.

Reed discovers a strange ""goop"" that can affect people's emotions. It comes from the Micro Verse and Psycho Man wants it back. He captures Sue, making her into Malice, Mistress of Hate.

Sue needs life saving surgery and only her father can perform the operation, but he has been in hiding for years since being accused of murder. When he comes to help, he gets arrested after the operation. Meanwhile, the Skrulls release Super Skrull, who takes Franklin Storm's place to exact revenge.
