This episode dedicates to Mei from Seimei high and Azuma from Muroe High. Mei joined Seimei High's Kendo club to get along with her friends, but many of her friends quit the club as they couldn't take the sensei's strict training. They gear up for the practice match with Muroe High, she had set her mind to quit after the practice match. Kōjiro found out that Azuma didn't want to join the kendo club as her results in examinations were bad. Not because she wasn't able to do it, but she made careless mistakes. Nevertheless, Kirino drags her to the practice match. The episode concludes with Seimei High's Kendo team training against Muroe High's Kendo team.

Kanna becomes uneasy when the lines for the film becomes somewhat uncannily realistic, especially in the scenes involving Kaito and Ichika. Even Kaito was surprised by Ichika's questions that evening. As the next day was a rainy one and filming is cancelled, Kanna goes to Kaito's house to bring some nozawana. That evening, Tetsurō, after meeting an uneasy home-bound Kanna, sneaks into Kaito's room, and tells him that she, his childhood friend, is in love with him. Ichika overhears the conversation.

Chihaya is having trouble finishing her manga in time. Meanwhile, Ibuki and Yoichi demonstrate sword fighting by sparing in front of Ibuki's four students and Ayame. Yoichi accidentally rips Ibuki's clothes across the chest with a sword swing. Ibuki punishes Yoichi and her students for seeing her in that state. Chihaya decides to interview Yoichi for her manga. Chihaya takes Yoichi into her room and shows him her manga. He praises her and then Chihaya seduces him. Ibuki walks into the room and she beats Yoichi up. Yoichi is chased by Ibuki for indecently touching her and crashes into Kagome, breaking her craft's project. Ibuki beats Yoichi up again for making Kagome cry. Ibuki orders Yoichi to bring Chihaya, who is at cram school, her notebook. Meanwhile, Yoichi overhears three boys talking about Chihaya behind her back and hints at ruining her work. Yoichi runs into the classroom and sees Chihaya with her torn manga draft. Chihaya pushes Yoichi out of the classroom and locks herself in and then cries about people putting down her work. Yoichi hears her crying and beats up the three boys.

When Yoichi hits Washizu for daydreaming, he runs out of the dojo. Washizu shouts his confession to Ibuki. Ayame overhears this and thinks that Washizu is confessing to her. Washizu returns to the dojo and is paired up with Ayame and they spar aggressively with bokkens. After everyone is dismissed from the dojo, Washizu and Torigaya sees a poster for the local festival. The night of the festival arrives. Torigaya and Washizu made a rigged ballot. Torigaya mixed up the draw and the resulting groups are: Ayame and Washizu, Yoichi and Ibuki, with Chihaya, Kagome and Washizu are in the final group. During the course of the festival, siblings of the Saginomiya clan plot against Yoichi. It is a running gag that Yoichi is interested in a stall, runs ahead and leaves Ibuki to search for him. Meanwhile, Yoichi runs to a shooting gallery, a store run by the Saginomiya clan, and futilely tries to shoot a prize. Ibuki catches up to him and hits the main prize for a family to go to a hot springs, with a little help from the Saginomiya girl. At the same time, Ayame constantly hurls abuse at Washizu until he clears up Ayame's misunderstanding of his confession. Washizu sees Ibuki and Yoichi in the distance. He rushes off with Ibuki to leave Yoichi to Ayame. Meanwhile, Washizu finds that the person he rushed off with isn't Ibuki but Tsubasa with a haunted house mask. It is revealed that the reason why the Saginomiya clan tricks Ibuki into winning the hot springs trip is because of Ukyo's crush on Ibuki.

After a very awkward moment in Shido's class where Tohka tries switching genders in an effort to bunk with Shido, the class goes on a field trip to Arubi Island. During the entire trip, Origami and Tohka end up constantly annoying Shido in an effort to win his affections. Meanwhile DEM Industries, an organization with an interest in spirits begins stalking Tohka. Some time later, a massive hurricane appears out of nowhere while Shido and Tohka are on a stroll. Three trash cans strike Tohka, knocking her out in the process while two spirits viciously battle overhead. When Shido tries to intervene, the twin spirits Yuzuru and Kaguya decide that their next battle will be over winning Shido's heart to the latter's dismay. When the two girls follow Shido back to the class holding his arms, Origami becomes enraged over her new competition. As Shido's teacher tries to arrange the girls to be students in the class, Kaguya and Yuzuru explain that they were once one spirit named Yamai and that their contests are in an effort to find out whose personality will stay when the girls fuse and become Yamai once more. Later that day, an incident occurs when the twins drag Shido into the men's bath in an effort to sexually seduce him. Things get worse when Tohka shows up along with the rest of the class.

Hideki is scared of a room in the apartment because of a horror story he heard at Minoru's house when he was asking about the internet through Minoru's custom-made Persocom Yuzuki. He becomes paranoid thinking about the story and, believing that his apartment building is haunted, has several self-induced hallucinations. The apartment number in the story is 104, as 4, or shi. "Shi" is the Japanese word for Four (四) and Death (死), and because of this, the number four is unlucky in Japan. According to the story, a woman who was hoping to rendezvous with her lover was killed in that room. Hideki and Chi along with Shinbo, Minoru and Yuzuki decide to investigate. At the end, Hideki and Chi discover that it is all a misunderstanding.

Killing families, using their blood to write obscenities and blasphemy on the wall - it's all good fun. That is, until their actions catch the eye of Hellsing, and particularly Arucard, who has no tolerance for the 'low-class' vampires. Seras' chance to prove herself becomes apparent when she's ordered to shoot Jessica, though she hesitates - Jessica's only a young girl. Would killing her make her any better, or make her worse than the monsters Hellsing hunts?
