Steve Ells borrowed $83,000 from his dad in 1983 to open one of the first fast casual chains in America. Today, there are over 1000 Chipotle restaurants, which earn $1.5 billion in annual revenue. Now, one lucky person will have the chance to open a new fast casual chain in three cities. So who has the next billion-dollar idea?
