CHUNG SHUN and CHUNG YI are members of the Big Circle Gang. They work with MING to deal with KIN NAM. In chaos, they kill a drunken man. NGOR is WONG’s secretary. She takes care of everyone in the police station. YUEN and FAT see the corpse of the drunken man when they are on patrol. SAN checks the body and identifies the type of the gun used to kill the man. YUEN likes her job but her family worry much about her. YUEN suspects CHUNG SHUN and CHUNG YI. She checks their identity cards. They run away and they have a gun fight in the market. YUEN has to be investigated. She meets CHING FUNG. FUNG lays a trap to arrest CHUNG SHUN and CHUNG YI. However, his plan is spoiled by YUEN who comes to arrest them. They have a gun fight again.

Episode 1

YUEN shoots at CHUNG YI and hurts him. CHUNG SHUN has to leave CHUNG YI and escapes alone. YUEN has to be transferred to clerical work and to be further counseled. She works with NGOR and they become friends. WING CHOI goes to Beijing for business. NGOR cannot do the housework properly. In a bus NGOR and SAN take the others’ bags by mistake. Though they can get their own bag back they have left a bad impression to each other. As there is an electricity failure in her house, NGOR brings KA LOK to WONG’s house to look for temporary accommodation. At last both CHUNG SHUN and CHUNG YI are arrested as CHUNG SHUN goes back to see CHUNG YI. In the police station, WONG falls onto the floor and by mistake hugs NGOR. Mrs. WONG sees the scene.

Episode 2

The scandal spreads and to prove that he is innocent, WONG transfers NGOR to have patrol. NGOR is angry. In the press conference, YUEN is praised and she is transferred to the team fighting filthy business. A journalist comes to interview YI MUI. YI MUI has no choice but claims that she supports YUEN to be a policewoman. SAN claims that he does not want to attend the wedding banquet of his former classmates, in fact he wants to go to it. At last he goes there and meets his former girlfriend JUNE, who is also going to get married. He feels lonely as he still has not found his lover. In the team, YUEN meets FUNG again and she is so nervous that she cannot do her work properly. NGOR and her family go to ocean pan to spend a holiday. There she receives the call from CHOPs mistress.

Episode 3

NGOR jokes that CHOI’s mistress is looking for him. CHOI is shocked. YI MUI arranges SAN to meet Miss LI. SAN parks his car. NGOR thinks that SAN and LI are doing something filthy and she goes to warn him. They have an argument. Without locking his car with the hand brake, SAN ’s ear slides downslope and collides into a lamp post. FUNG and his colleagues go to arrest some prostitutes. SIM and KUI manage to escape. YUEN and a prostitute falls down. CHOI misses NGOR and LOK as he has to go to mainland China again. NGOR is transferred to a new team and her performance is appreciated. CHOI returns and tells NGOR that he will divorce her.

Episode 4

NGOR is depressed. With YUEN’s encouragement, NGOR goes to Shengzhen to question CHOI. She learns that he has a mistress. In an action, YUEN tries to arrest a male criminal but she is stopped by FUNG. She challenges FUNG and states that he is a chauvinist. LOK runs away from home to find CHOI. NGOR feels hurt. FUNG’s parents CHUNG and MUI want their son to visit them more. They rent the flat close to their house to FUNG’s girlfriend CRYSTAL. KUI smuggles some illegal immigrants to work in his brothels. WA and TING argue and TING attempts to avenge the humiliation.

Episode 5

FUNG saves WA from TING’s attack. WA realizes that his job makes him inferior. NGOR and FA follow KUI but in vain. They are driven away by some angry villagers. SAN tricks NGOR but this makes her colleagues to look after her. NGOR does not have time to accompany LOK. SAN meets LOK in a video games centre and they become friends. CHUNG and MUI bring CRYSTAL to see the flat but MUI does not like it. They are disappointed FUNG and YUEN go to arrest KUI but they do not know that KUI is lurking them.

Episode 6

KUI attacks FUNG but with YUEN’s warning, FUNG is only hurt slightly. KUI is arrested and he admits that he is the boss. However FUNG does not trust him and thinks that there is a man behind KUI. WA is hurt and he is looked after by SIU TING. They fall in love with each other. LOK uses SAN’s coupons to get a gun. He is scolded as NGOR thinks that he has stolen her money to buy it. LOK goes to tell SAN. SAN scolds NGOR as she does not trust her son. At last NGOR and LOK reunite. WA does not want SIU TING to be a prostitute. He hurts the customer and runs away with SIU TING. KUI trounces PAU hard. WA does not have to money to buy SIU TING’s freedom back. SIM meets PAU again. Meanwhile FUNG has surrounded the site.

Episode 7

PAU is shot and at last dies of heart attack. SIM swears to avenge his death. WA and SIU TING disclose their love of each other in the custody. SIM’s henchmen shoots at the window of the police station as a warning. NGOR is hurt. SAN accompanies NGOR home and takes care of her. FUNG begs CRYSTAL to marry him and she promises him. SAN does the housework for NGOR. NGOR does not know and thinks that her mental stress is too heavy. She wants to quit her job. SAN knows that SIM has powerful fire-arm and is smuggling explosives. They go to arrest her but are locked up. NGOR is waiting in the car.

Episode 8

When it is the last moment before explosion, NGOR uses FUNG’s gun to release them. They continue to chase after SIM. SIM points her gun at FUNG. SAN shots her and she falls down the cliff together with PAU’s bone ash. NGOR does not like LOK being friend with SAN. Her attitude changes when she knows that SAN has done so much for her and LOK. CRYSTAL tells FUNG that she will go to France to further her studies. FUNG has no way to stop her. NGOR applies to be an armed policewoman but her marksmanship is poor. SAN teaches her and polishes her marksmanship.

Episode 9

NGOR passes the test and is allowed to be armed. The team fighting filthy business is disband and members return to their original teams. NGOR finds her new job exhaustive. SAN buys all necessities for NGOR. YUEN pretends to be rude so as to frighten away the man bridged by her mother. NGOR and YUEN attend the training. She is exhausted after it. Luckily SAN takes care of LOK for her. They dine out and in the restaurant, photographer takes a photograph for them. He even suggests them to take part in the family photograph competition. With his friends’ advice, FUNG questions CRYSTAL and finds that she has turned back to her former boyfriend. They break up. Outside the police club, FUNG comes across YUEN who has just argued with SI HAY.

Episode 10

FUNG and YUEN go to pub to chat. FUNG is drunken and YUEN has some special feeling. NGOR and LOK visit SAN as SAN is sic. SAN feels the warmth of family. FUNG thinks that YUEN should take a torch when she is on duty. He buys her one. YUEN is happy. SAN takes care of LOK and NGOR is satisfied. NGOR’s parents return from Canada. They remind NGOR that SAN ’s position is an embarrassing one. Thus NGOR stays away from SAN. NGOR tells SAN that LOK will go to Canada for vacation. SAN wants to disclose his love of NGOR but NGOR does not allow him to do so.

Episode 11

Being refused by NGOR, SAN is depressed. LOK goes to Canada and SAN can only see him off secretly. YUEN is jealous as FUNG attracted many female colleagues. NGOR and YUEN suspect that CIIIU takes refuge in the house of the elderly of the village. They report to the police station. FUNG comes and chases after CHIU. FUNG is pushed down the slope by CHIU and breaks his leg. YUEN and NGOR arrest CHIU. YUEN saves FUNG and FUNG realizes that some special feelings have germinated in his heart. SAN does not give up his hope. With YUEN’s encouragement, he gives her gifts to flatter her. However, NGOR returns all gifts to him.

Episode 12

SAN is sad as NGOR refuses him with determination. On the other hand, YI MUI is not happy with SAN’s courting NGOR. YUEN visits FUNG and they go to play basketball together. Their relationship improves. TING thinks that YUEN admires KWAN and tries to bridge them. KWAN knows that YUEN admires FUNG. YUEN is embarrassed. YUEN and NGOR and transferred to the serious crime section to investigate a case of murder. The victim is cut into three pieces. NGOR is frightened by the victim’s head. SAN gives her medicine. To thank him, NGOR goes to have dinner with him.

Episode 13

NGOR worries about CIIOI who has been sent to hospital. She enjoys the dinner with SAN and they have a pleasant conversation. The police suspect LING, who the victim’s ex-girlfriend, PO, who is the victim’s new boyfriend and CHEUNG, who is the victim’s neighbor. CHOI has no place to stay and NGOR allows him to stay in her house. SAN thinks that they are going to reunite and is depressed.FUNG is shocked the hear that YUEN is going to many KWAN. Later he learns that it is not the case. Moreover KWAN tells him that YUEN admires him.

Episode 14

FUNG and YUEN search CHEUNG’s house and find blood stains. CHEUNG admires that he killed the victim for money. FUNG decides to court YUEN. YUEN does not know what to do but at last she decides to accept him. SAN tries to find new dating partners but he cannot forget NGOR. The team handles a case of armed robbery. They suspect it was conducted by the famous thief LIP SA1 KWUN. NGOR finds that CHOI is not sincere in their relationship, so she decides to leave him.

Episode 15

YI MUI discovers that YUEN and FUNG are dating They trick and laugh at the lovers. SAN finds that he cannot accept his new girlfriend, so they break up. KWUN is released. The case of robbery is solved and the team learn that the robbers learn KWUN’s style. As KWUN was arrested by SAN, NGOR appreciates SAN ’s talents. KWUN is accepted by YI MUI’s family. NGOR is impressed by SAN and accepts his love. The team is instructed to investigate the case of murder. It seems that there is mysterious relationship between the victims MAN MING and YIU CHUNG.

Episode 16

The team is surprised as the two victims have normal backgrounds but they are killed at the same site. KWUN hates SAN as SAN framed him of killing LONG. YI MUI is kidnapped by a butcher and she is saved by KWUN. YI MUI is deeply impressed. SAN is led to a squatter where he kills CHEUNG BILL. He frames SAN as the murderer. SAN is caught red-handed.

Episode 17

SAN has been placed in an unfavorable situation and there is evidence to prove that KWUN was not at the scene. SAN runs away and tries to prove him innocent. KWUN and LONG were good friends but the friendship was tarnished after LONG got along with ROSE. ROSE seduced CHEUNG BILL, YIU CHUNG and MAN MING to steal KWUN and LONG’s money. They even killed LONG. KWUN was regarded as the murderer by SAN. KWUN has killed BILL, CHUNG and MING for LONG. Now he turns to his last target ROSE, who has just returned to Hong Kong to sign a contract.

Episode 18

ROSE is not willing to help the police. When she knows that KWUN has been released, she is frightened. YUEN feels that she is the replacement of YAN and when YAN returns she is jealous. SAN celebrates with NGOR on her birthday, she is deeply touched. ROSE is kidnapped and left in a barrel. When she knows that she was saved by SAN, she decides to accuse KWUN for SAN. In fact she was kidnapped by SAN. When ROSE is signing the contract, KWUN comes but SAN also arrives. They point at each other with guns and the situation is particularly dangerous.

Episode 19

FUNG gets the evidences proving that KWUN is the killer. However, KWUN falls into the sea and cannot be found. KWUN is alive and he kidnaps YUEN and NGOR. They are locked up in a freezer. SAN is fooled by KWUN. SAN is instructed to go to Yuen Long. When KWUN wants to kill SAN, FUNG comes and guns him down. Can SAN and FUNG find and set YUEN and NGOR free? What will happen w the two pairs of lovers? All these questions will be answered in the final episode of this tale.

Episode 20

Feng and Yuen finally got married and the day of their wedding banquet, there was a gangster gathering held in the same restaurant by chance. Night club mamasan Mon and her boss Dung were discussing business there but ended up in a fight.

Ngo was transferred to head a EU team. Her subordinate Wing had bias towards women and hated to be under Ngo. One day, when Ngo and her team were undertaking routine road block checking, they discovered a much wanted criminal, Sing, and started a gun fight. Sing managed to escaped. Sheng remembered that he had once fought against Sing and knew he was an excellent sniper.

Dung was furious that Mon opened a similar night club. Not only did she attract all the club girls, but also many of his customers. He sent his man Dee to kill Mon during the opening ceremony of her night club. However, Sing suddenly appeared and shot Jenny, the girl standing next to Mon and led to a confusion.… ...

Choi found himself infected with AIDS. He worried that Ngo would be infected as well and told her to take a blood test. Ngo was depressed.

Dee was caught by the police. As he used to be a neighbour of Yuen, she tried to help by asking Feng to let him visit his dying grandfather. Feng gave his permission but Dee took the opportunity and ran away. Feng blamed Yuen.

When Sheng learnt that Ngo might have been infected, he accompanied her to see the doctor. Ngo met Dee and persuaded him to turn himself in. Dee told the police that it was Dung to instructed him to kill Mon. Feng then arrested Dung.

Sing found Mon and asked for 5 million within one week. He also wanted her to get him back his diamonds in her safe.

Ngo was lost when she got the examination report from the doctor. She asked Sheng whether he would still marry her if she had AIDS. Sheng was shocked and didn’t know what to do.

Ngo was found not infected with AIDS.

Eight years ago, when Mon was still a club girl, she met Sing and the two became lovers. She then discovered that Sing was a wanted robber. He asked Mon to open a safe at the bank for him and deposited most of the stolen items into it. Then he had to flee to another country. Since he had the key to the safe, Mon could not lay hands of his treasure. Mon tried to send her men to take the key from Sing, but he managed to get away and during the confusion, Yuen’s sister Fuk was shot. And the key to the safe accidentally fell into Fuk’s hangbag. Mon then sent her men to Fuk’s house, tied up Yuen’s mother and her other sisters, and turned the house upside down for the key. Their search was discovered by Sheng and Ngo and Ngo managed to catch one of the fleeing men. When Yuen learnt about this, she was furious and went directly to Mon’s night club without a warrant and tried to have a routine check.

Ngo sold her house and Sheng tried to persuade her to move in with him. Since she could not find a suitable place to rent, Ngo agreed though she was still afraid of being gossiped.  Mon got the key finally and went to take the precious jewelry from the safe. Suddenly, Sing appeared and snatched them from her. He also held her hostage. During the confusion, Ngo’s partner Fred was killed. The police finally managed to save Mon and Sing got away. Though Mon was injured, she still refused to tell the truth.

Sheng held a celebration the day Ngo moved in with him, but she was not the least happy as she was still grieving over Fred’s death.

Yuen and Feng often quarreled over business and Yuen blamed Feng for not recommending her for promotion. Feng told her that she was too impulsive and was not ready for the promotion. Yuen didn’t understand and requested for an immediate transfer.

Yuen was so angry that she even agreed to be downgraded and become a uniformed cop. Feng tried to lure Sing out by spreading the rumors that it was Mon who betrayed him years ago.

Ngo gave Sheng a lesson when she discovered he kept condoms at home. She told him he was free to do what he wanted even though she agreed to live with him.

When Sing learnt that Mon had betrayed him, he got hold of her and tried to punish her. Then, Feng, Yuen, Sheng and Ngo came and they fought against each other. Sing was caught in the end.

Sheng asked Ngo to marry him again and she agreed on the condition that he got promoted. Sheng’s new neighbour Kiu was mistaken as a whore. She left her keys inside her house and could not get back. She borrowed Sheng’s telephone to call a locksmith when Ngo met her. Since she was wearing a night gown and was fiddling with Sheng’s condoms, Ngo mistook her as a whore.

Sheng tried to explain the situation to Ngo. Ngo pretended to be indifferent.

Yuen became a uniform cop once again and found herself to be under Ngo. Tung, who was secretly in love with Yuen, also became her partner.

Lin, who was crazy, went to make a scene at a closed down securities company. Yuen was maintaining order there and was attacked by Lin with urine. A reporter took pictures of the embarrassing moment and Yuen was scolded by her superiors. However, Feng supported her this time.

Lin went to Ying Tat Securities Company again and made a scene. Ngo arrested her but suddenly, there was an explosion. The police investigated but Ying Tat’s boss refused to tell them anything.

Sheng and Kiu shared common interest in some luxurious life styles, but Ngo was their opposite. She didn’t want to waste money and thus was reluctant to spend. Kiu told Sheng that she was an art director but somehow Sheng mistook her as someone lecherous.… ...

Ngo felt sorry for not trusting Sheng.

Lin was blamed for luring children. Her son Bo asked Ngo for help. He told her that Lin was made crazy years ago when she was cheated all her money over some useless stocks and shares. Ngo felt sorry for her.

Bo was working for a gun shop and was in constant contact with Kiu. He fell in love with her. The son of Ying Tat’s boss, Kwong, tried to take advantage of Kiu by getting her drunk. He brought her to a hotel, but was discovered by some police on his way there.

Kiu liked going out with Sheng as they shared common interests. She even introduced Sheng to her foster father Roy.

Yuen’s sister Hei was working at Ying Tat. Kwong met her and tried to lay hands on her. He pretended to be a gentleman and drove Hei home after they went out. However, he was shot on the street.… ...

Ngo made Sheng to take a child abuse prevention course while at the same time made him refund his new war game gun. Kiu knew Sheng missed the gun and promised to keep good care of it for him.

Bo told Kiu his love for her, but Kiu rejected him. In anger, he beat Sheng up. Kiu felt sorry and asked Sheng and Ngo out for dinner. Ngo was upset as she saw that Sheng and Kiu got along very well with each other.

Sheng promised to pretend as Kiu’s boyfriend to make Bo gave up. Ngo had to agreed. Ngo dressed up to attend Roy’s party and made a fool of herself by wearing the top inside out.

Ying lost a lot in his investment and closed down Ying Tat Securities Company. Since Yuen’s mother and Feng’s mother were both its customers, they went to demand for claims. Suddenly, Lin appeared and was hit by a passing car.

Lin was injured and her mental condition worsened. Bo hated Ying more for this. Bo attacked Ying but failed to cause him any harm. Ying knew he was Lin’s son and dropped the charges. Bo then kidnapped Kwong. Kwong let Bo used his credit card to draw money in order to save his life.

Feng soon discovered that Lin was cheated by Ying years ago. He suspected that Bo was related to the explosion at Ying Tat and the gun attack of Kwong.

Yuen and Feng seldom see each other as they both busied themselves by working.Bo thought that Kiu didn’t want him because he was poor. He asked her out and told her to wait for him.

Bo asked Ying for 5 million in return for Kwong’s life. Ying was terrified and reported the case to the police. When Bo learnt about this, he beat Kwong into unconsciousness with a baseball club. Bo thought Kwong was dead and was scared.

Feng traced Bo’s hiding place by tracking his call to Kiu. He was hiding in his ancestor’s house in the New Territories. When the police arrived at the house, Bo had managed to escape, leaving behind the seriously injured Kwong.

Sheng promised Ngo to study hard but was later discovered to have gone out to have breakfast with Kiu. Ngo was furious. Kiu learnt from the news that Bo had kidnapped Ying. She immediately went and tried to persuade Bo to give up. Bo threw a bomb at Kiu by mistake. Luckily, Sheng protected her with his body but both of them were hurt. Bo was then arrested. Lin fell down the stairs when she tried to find Bo. Her body was thus paralyzed half way down.

Feng’s colleague Ding introduced his brother Ping to work at the canteen in the police station. Ding always scolded Ping.

Yuen was attacked by thief Ho when she was investigating a serial rapist case.

Yuen managed to arrest Ho but when she discovered that Ho was not the serial rapist, she was disappointed. Kiu asked Sheng out for dinner. Sheng got drunk and Kiu took him home and met Ngo and Mui (Yuen’s mother) on the way. Mui reminded Ngo to keep an eye on Sheng and Kiu.

Mui discovered that Kiu kept Sheng’s photo in her wallet and Kiu admitted in front of all the people that she was in love with Sheng. Ngo was upset. In order to prove himself, Sheng told Kiu in front of Ngo that he only love Ngo. Ngo was happy.

Ngo and Yuen were assigned to the Child Abuse Prevention Unit. The rest of the EU team were reluctant to see them go. Tung accompanied Yuen to buy a computer for Feng. Mui saw them and mistook them for having an affair. Yuen flew into a temper and started a quarrel. Feng found himself in a difficult position.

Ding’s brother was shy and did not talk to anyone except his friend Sing.… ...

Mui went to the temple and asked for advice from the gods for Sheng and Ngo. She was then indicated Sheng and Ngo had to go through a lot of troubles before they could be together. Ngo was worried.

A girl named Yin was abused and Ngo took charge on the suspect, Fat.

Yuen bought some bird’s nest to please Mui and told her that she and Feng planned to have children. The two women got back on good terms. Then, Tung went to fix the printer at Yuen’s house. He got wet accidentally and Yuen gave him her shirt to wear. Mui came and saw them. Feng asked Yuen not to see Tung and Yuen was angry.

Sheng and Ngo met Kiu when they were taking wedding photos. Kiu asked to have a picture with Sheng. Ngo was unhappy.

Fat was released, but Ngo believed he had something to do with the serial rapist case. He sent Kwan to follow him and discovered that he tried to rape a girl called Cat with a mask on.… ...

Mui was worried when she learnt that Ngo was infertile. Ngo was upset that she could not have children with Sheng. Sheng comforted her by saying that he would not mind. Ngo was touched.

Fat was proved not the serial rapist. Yet Feng confirmed that taxi was a crucial factor in relation to the case. Ding asked Chiu to help the investigation and found that the rapist might be a taxi driver called Sing.

Yuen and Mui quarreled again and Feng didn’t know what to do.

Feng discussed the case with his subordinates in the canteen. Ping heard what they said and pointed out that the killer believed he was acting in the name of god. Feng agreed with what he said and started to look again at the background of the victimes.

Sheng was in fact unhappy with Ngo’s infertility, but he pretended otherwise. Ngo accidentally heard him grieving to Feng on the eve of their wedding and was heart-broken.

Ngo disappeared on the day of the wedding. When Sheng finally found her, she jumped onto Chiu’s taxi and asked him to drive her away. Chiu helped Ngo lose Sheng. Ngo went to live in a relative house temporarily.

Kei was attacked by the serial rapist when she went home. Luckily, Kwan and Hong came to her rescue and the rapist managed to flee. Ding suspected Ping’s friend Sing was related to the case. He decided to go to Sing’s place and search. They couldn’t find Sing but discovered a dead body. They then tried to learn of the body’s real identity.

Sheng regretted his words when he learnt that Ngo was going back to Canada.

Mui changed Yuen’s pills but was discovered by Yuen. Yuen was so angry that she told her that she had no birth giving plans yet. Feng then quarreled with Yuen over this.

Ngo was leaving and Sheng tried to catch her before she boarded the plane. However, he had an accident and could not arrive in time.… ...

Sheng was depressed after Ngo’s departure. Kiu comforted him and encouraged him to get back on his feet. He was then transferred to the Child Abuse Prevention Unit. His first case was You. You was discovered to be suffering from schizophrenia.

The dead body’s identity was found to be Sing. When Ping learnt about this, he was overcome with sorrow. It was found that the rapist was in fact Ping, who disguised himself as Sing.

Mui was having a birthday celebration and Yuen bought her a present to please her. However, she had an accident on her way and could not make it to the party. Feng mistook her for refusing to see his mother and was downcast. He went to drink alone at a pub and slept with a girl named Bonnie after getting drunk. When he came home, he discovered Yuen’s present to his mother and knew he had blamed her wrong. He apologized to Yuen and they came back on good terms.… ...

Though Feng had explained, Yuen still could not find herself forgive him.

The rapist case was now assigned to Sheng’s team and Feng’s team. Ngo came back to resume work. She moved out of Sheng’s house and rented Chiu’s apartment. Chiu’s neighbour though Ngo to be a ghost as she looked exactly like Chiu’s wife who had died some time ago.

Ding discovered Ping was talking to a fax machine and was worried. He followed him to a stone house and found him talking to himself in a mirror. He then fought himself and broke the mirror. When he discovered Ding was following him, he attacked him and told him he was Sing and that he had killed Ping.

It was found that Ping was frequently abused by Ding’s wife when he was small. One time, a taxi driver saved him. The taxi driver was Sing’s father. Since then, Ping worshipped all taxi drivers and became friends with Sing.… ...

Sheng met Kiu on the street during Mid-Autumn Festival and they went to see a movie. They met Ngo at the cinema, alone. They were all embarrassed.

The police suspected that Ping had something to do with a number of missing taxis.

Yuen used Tung to make Feng angry. Sheng suggested Feng go to Tung and asked him to ignore Yuen. Tung agreed to do as Feng told, but he accidentally slipped and fell down the stairs. Some reporters passed by and mistook what happened and published the photos.

Madam Mok suggested Yuen to lure Ping. Yuen agreed. Yuen pretended to go to Tung’s house to spend the night with him and Ping appeared as planned. The police surrounded him and Ping took hostage of a man and fled.

Zhong and Mui went to ask Yuen to forgive Feng. Feng pulled Yuen into the car. Ping was watching them without their knowing.

Yuen forgave Feng and he left to get something. Yuen was alone in the car. Suddenly, Ping appeared and kidnapped her. When Feng returned to find Yuen missing, he was shocked. Sheng and Ngo both came and helped find Yuen. Yuen was brought to a deserted unit in a public housing. She tried to fight back but failed and was raped. When Ping tried to kill her, Feng arrived and rescued her. Ping managed to escape. Yuen was sent to hospital. She was shocked and hurt.

Pui stoled Ngo’s underwear and Chiu gave him a lesson. Ngo introduced Hei to work for Chiu at his office.

Yuen locked herself inside her room after she was discharged from the hospital. Ngo asked her to stand up on her feet and slowly Yuen agreed to resume work.

Lok returned to Hong Kong, and Ngo and Sheng brought him out to play.… ...

Yuen went to see the shrink and he believed she was not ready for work yet.

Sheng blamed himself for letting Yuen got hurt. He asked Kiu to drink with him. He slept with her after getting drunk and regretted. He told her that he treated her as a friend only. Kiu pretended not to care.

Ding learnt that Sing’s family was moving the burial place of Sing’s father and knew Ping would go there as well. Feng then led his men there to wait. Ping appeared as predicted and they started a gun fight. Ping tried to shoot Ding, but Feng fired at him first. Ping lost his balance and fell down the cliff.

Sheng met Kiu at the pub, drunken. He felt unrest. He then heard Frankie and Victor planning to take advantage of Kiu. He made them go away and took Kiu home. Kiu flew into a temper and swore at Sheng. Sheng left.

Chiu helped Ngo fix the water pipe. Lok ignored him. Sheng tried to woo Kiu, but found her attitude changed drastically.

Sheng dated Kiu to lunch and met Ngo. Sheng felt embarrassed.

Someone looked for Fion at Chiu’s office to collect a debt and tried to make a scene. Chiu fought back. Hei fell in love with Chiu for his courage.

Chiu told Ngo of his past. He was once a gangster. His wife Ling, who was pregnant then, was killed when pushed on the floor by his enemies. He held himself responsible for Ling’s death and tried his utmost to provide best for Ling’s sister Fion.

Ngo decided to pay her rent in advance to help Chiu repay Fion’s debts.

A boy was abused and Ngo believed the suspect was On.

Yuen came back from holiday in Japan and seemed to be happier. She moved back in with Feng.

Kiu told Mui that she was going out with Sheng. Everyone was stunned. Kiu nearly lost her life trying to get back a toy ring Sheng gave her. Sheng was touched and asked her to marry him.

Sheng announced that he was getting married with Kiu. Everyone found that hard to believe. Mui thought Kiu was pregnant and was secretly happy. Ngo felt lost.

Sai saw a beautifully dressed Fuk and fell in love.

Yuen was fully recovered according to her psychologist and was permitted to resume her work at the force.

Wai admitted that he was frequently abused by On, but his mother Lan still tried to cover up for On. Ngo could do nothing about this. Lan discovered that On was having an affair with a women in China and quarreled with On. On beat Lan and On again and she decided to take charge against him.

Chiu wanted to woo Ngo and asked her out to dinner. Ngo knew his intention but thought he was taking her as a substitute of his dead wife.

Yuen introduced Lan to work at her mother’s restaurant. Lan saw hope.

Episode 21

On asked for Lan’s forgiveness and Lan withdrew her charges against him. Ngo looked for Lan at her house and saw On. He seemed guilty for what he had done before and promised not to abuse Lan and Wai.

Ngo listened to Yuen’s advice and turned down Chiu. Yuen saw Chiu escorting Hei home and worried that Chiu tried to go out with Ngo and Hei at the same time. Ngo promised to take note on Chiu. Hei organized a birthday party for Chiu but got drunk herself. Chiu planned to drove her home but was mistaken by Ngo. Ngo thought he was trying to take advantage of her and beat him. When Ngo learnt that she had mistaken him, she apologized and asked Chiu to let Hei know.

Sai spoken for Fuk on the radio and Fuk was touched.

Episode 22

Lan met Hung at the hairdresser and learnt that she was cheated again by On. On took all of Lan’s jewelry. Lan was hurt and helpless.

Kiu did not need to work after marriage and found it boring. She met Ming at the pub and was invited to become the art director for his commercial. Kiu agreed.

On brought Hung home and Lan was depressed. Yet she could do nothing.

Ngo took an opportunity and persuaded Hei to leave Chiu alone. Hei flew into a temper and scolded Ngo. Chiu then told Hei he treated her as a sister and Hei left in anger.

Hei carried a bag of coal and handed in her resignation to Chiu. Chiu and Ngo mistook her for trying to commit suicide and went to look for her in Sai Kung. When they discovered the truth, they were both embarrassed.

Episode 23

Hung and On abused Wai together and Lan finally decided to get a divorce.

Feng suspected that Pao was having an illegal gambling table as well as sex trade at the construction site. He sent his men to watch him.

Sai visited Fuk at the filming site and the two got along well.

Kiu were often home late due to her work and Sheng was not very happy. Kiu wanted to be the art director of a movie and Sheng promised reluctantly.

Chiu and Ngo decided to match up Tung and Hei.

On made Lan to conduct illegal sex at the construction site to help repay his debt. Lan fought back and fell down the slope. Ding arrived and arrested Pao. Lan’s case was reported by the news and she refused to testify against Pao.

Sheng asked Kiu not to work again and they started a quarrel.

Episode 24

On appeared on TV, accepting interviews and talking shamelessly about his experience with whores.

Sheng went to apologize to Kiu at the shooting site, but saw Fuk dressed up in sexy swimsuit. He then quarreled with Kiu again.

On made Lan to appear on TV but Lan refused. He beat Wai in return. Lan felt hopeless and decided to commit suicide with Wai. Luckily, she stopped in time and decided to take charge against On.

Ming was having a celebration party as he was going to Hollywood. Kiu went and got drunk. Sheng was angry when he learnt about that.

Episode 25

Ming and Kiu were having a dirty dance at the disco when Sheng saw them. Kiu tried to explain and told him that she was given a chance to further her career in Hollywood. Sheng was unhappy.

Yuen was afraid to be alone with Feng after she was being raped. Feng could do nothing.

Nian invited Fuk to make a movie. When they were discussing about the movie, they met Kwan and Chun. Chun advised Fuk not to believe Nian and Fuk excused herself and left.

Chiu and Ngo and Lok went fishing at the pier. Chiu thought Lok fell into the sea and jumped down to save him. Ngo was touched.

An illegal doctor was attacked. Feng believed it was Ping who did it.

Yuen tried to conquer her fear and asked Ngo to go back to the scene with her.

Episode 26

When Yuen went back to the scene where she was raped, she was frightened once again by the terrible recollection. She started to run away when she bumped into Ping. Ping tried to kill Yuen and Ngo fired at him. Ping was injured and ran away. Ngo followed suit. She caught him to the ground but he struggled back and tried to stab at Ngo. Yuen then came to her rescue. She fired at Ping. Afterwards, when Ping was sent to hospital, Feng accompanied Yuen to see Ping to help her conquer her inner fear. Yuen finally healed herself after she visited Ping.

A photo of Kiu kissing Ming on the street was taken by a reporter. Sheng was furious when he saw it. Kiu was torn between Ming and Sheng. Lost, she nevertheless promised Sheng not to see Ming.

Nian had an affair with Fuk's classmate and used her to get to Fuk.

Episode 27

Fuk asked Chun for advice as to whether she should accept Nian's offer for making his movie. Chun told her to decline the offer. It was found that Chun knew Nian years ago and was cheated by him. He had taken some porno photos of her and used them to threaten her. Now Nian threatened Chun again and made her lure Fuk to his room. Chun could not refuse. However, she was so ashamed of herself that she managed to save Fuk from Nian in the end.

Ming gave Kiu surprises which pleased her very much. He even promised to bring her to Hollywood. Kiu was excited. Kiu admitted to Sheng that she felt for Ming and asked for a temporary breakup. Roy reminded Sheng not to be too passive and therefore, Sheng bought Kiu some flowers and tried to woo her again. However, he saw Kiu with Ming again and felt hopeless. He then met Ngo and Lok and felt lonely. Ngo saw him and was worried.

Kwan forgave Chun and got back on good terms.

Episode 28

Feng accompanied Mui to a jewelry factory and met Yung who led his men robbing the factory. Yung was working with Gui in a series of robberies. Gui's insurance agent Paul helped them to collect information on the security systems which made their robberies a lot more easier.

Ngo and Chiu met Kiu and Ming dating in a restaurant. Ngo encouraged Sheng to solve the problems between him and Kiu. Kiu and Ming went back to Sheng's house to pack her things. Sheng prevented them and had a fight with Ming. Kiu declared she wanted a divorce.

Ngo found evidences of Paul providing client's security information to Gui, but he denied and managed to get away with it somehow.

Kiu went to Hollywood with Ming. Sheng finally came to see that Kiu was only a substitute of Ngo. Ngo and the others dined with Sheng. However, the restaurant did not have the food that Sheng ordered. Ngo went to buy the necessary ingredients at once. Sheng was touched.

Episode 29

Feng knew that Gui was related to a series of robbery and sent his men to keep watch on him. Gui told Yung to continue robbing everywhere, causing an alarming increase in robbery and gave the police a headache.

Mok and Ho came together finally after scolded by Wai.

Sheng and Ngo noticed a suspect. Sheng followed him and lost contact with Ngo. When they finally met up with each other, they hugged passionately but were embarrassed at once. Sheng bought Ngo a watch asked if she would give him a chance. Ngo sighed.

Feng warned Tin that his men were disclosing confidential security information and asked him to strengthen internal supervision.

Sheng wooed Ngo again and Ngo was torn between him and Chiu. She finally accepted Sheng and asked to split up with Chiu for the moment.

Episode 30

Feng and Yung and his men had a gun fight at the pier and Yung's brother Kin was injured. The rest managed to run away.  Everyone was happy for Sheng and Ngo. Kiu suddenly came back as she was badly beaten by Ming. Sheng took pity on her and took good care of her. When she discovered Sheng and Ngo got back together, she was jealous and refused the divorce.

Kiu witnessed Yung kidnapping Tin and was protected by the police. She specifically asked for Ngo's protection and took the opportunity to humiliate her when they were together. When Sheng learnt about this, he demanded a divorce and promised to give her a large sum for compensation. Then, Yung kidnapped Kiu and trapped her together with Tin.

Episode 31

Kit was seriously injured and died in the end. Yung swore to take revenge. Feng suggested to catch Yung at the timber plant. When Yung tried to kill Feng, Yuen arrived and shot at him. Feng was injured and unconscious.

Ngo discovered the location where Yung hid the hostage and led the team to rescue them. Gui held Kiu as hostage and Ngo requested him to switch herself with Kiu. Kiu was touched. Sheng finally managed to shoot at Gui and saved everyone. Kiu promised the divorce without any conditions.  Yuen learnt that she was pregnant and was unhappy.

Sheng and Chiu had a fight over Ngo. Ngo was torn between them. How would she choose?

And would Feng regain consciousness?

Episode 32

Few years later, SANG carries on his life happily despite OR married another man. In order to bury the memories of OR, SANG portraits himself into a popular and interesting person. Yet, he is success in drawing small crowds of adoring women with age over 40.

Police officer YUEN is promoted to Inspector and transferred to the Traffic Dept. However, her working style earns no credit amongst her colleagues because she is too tough on herself and on her officers especially their image and discipline. YUEN rebukes the inappropriate attitude of her officer, CARL in a traffic accident, who makes CARL very dissatisfied.  A new officer, GI joins the team of YUEN and reports duty on her first day. Every officer laid their eyes on the beauty GI upon her arrival; nevertheless, all of them are interested in her way of treating the motor bicycle.… ...

SANG chases after a car thief and crashes with GI accidentally. They both get hurt. GI is frightened to lose her liability from YUEN; hence, she repairs the motor bicycle by herself. Unfortunately, YUEN discovers and dissatisfies GI’s attitude even further.

SANG suspects the parking driver, KEI is related to the car robbery. He follows the daily life of KEI and finds that he often visits a bar, which runs by WONG SO SIN. There, SANG lays the conflicts with HERO afterwards.

YUEN undertakes a mission to forbid an illegal car race. GI is excited to learn that her team is in charge for the case; however, her excitement is blown up when she is appointed as a supported member only. Since GI heirs the excellent driving skills from her father and has profound knowledge on road, she discovers that the mission has leakage. Yet, her perception is right when YEUNG takes the opposite road and escapes.… ...

SIN agrees to co-operate with the police after listening to the advice from Police Officer, LEUNG. But, HERO and GI think that SIN is scared to have troubles and dare to report the indecent behaviour of SANG to the police. Meanwhile, owing to the inexperience of GI, she forgets to record the speed of YEUNG during the chase last time. Her mistake lead to the withdrawal of charge against YEUNG eventually.

HERO demonstrates the fastest speed of changing tyre, whilst his best old friend, TANG KIM HO encourages HERO to be an engineer again and help MARK in the car racing at Macau. Coincidentally, YEUNG also tends to invite HERO as engineer in the same car racing. With rages from rejection, YEUNG provokes HERO in the street. But due to the commitment to her daughter, HERO purposely crashes his car and hurts himself in order to get rid of the disturbance of YEUNG.

With the help of SIN, SANG finally arrests all criminals of the car robbery.… ...

In order to gets the attention of HERO, SIN dates with SANG. SANG realises the purpose of SIN and discovers her love attachment with HERO is very deep. YUEN considers the age of WAH is not suitable for any high-risk duty on site; therefore, she transfers WAH to work indoor.  Not knowing that WAH is depending on the allowance of motor bicycle to pay for his mortgage in Mainland China, WAH is very frustrated with the arrangement of YUEN. Luckily, YUEN gets the hint from FUNG and enables WAH to have allowance again. WAH is relief and happy then.

SIN tells SANG about her relationship with HERO, therefore, SANG decides to help her testing the sincerity of HERO. But they fail to find a certain answer. HO loses all the deposit from MARK in a gambling; HERO is furious about it and refuses to help HO.… ...

YUEN tends to enrol the famous school for her children, but FUNG is reluctant for the admission, which upset YUEN. Another mob leader, ZHANG TIN LIN sees that there will be a danger of profit loss in the disputes between MARK and YEUNG, he urges them to settle their rivals in the car racing.  In order to win the victory, MARK forces HERO to upgrade his racing car illegally. Yet, HERO agrees with no alternatives. One day, SIN is not feeling well and is taken home by SANG. HERO and GI find out and begin to draw close attention on them all night.

The car racing between MARK and YEUNG finally approaches. MARK loses control of his car and falls down the hill with explosion; YEUNG wins the victory with happiness. The case is in charge by FUNG and he believes HO is a suspect to the death of MARK. Meanwhile, GI makes use of the relationship of YUEN and FUNG, and tries to specify the leakage of the investigation.… ...

Because of the car crash of MARK, the business of HERO downturn rapidly and increases the pressure on HERO also. SANG advises FUNG to investigate the death of MARK in a different perspective. Meanwhile, the murderer of LUNG, RAMBO is found dead in the sea. The concurrence makes FUNG to believe that YEUNG is more suspicious than HO.

YEUNG orders to kill SUNG ZI KIT, who is the pupil of HO. Luckily, GI shows up on time and saves his life. On the other hand, YEUNG kills ZHANG publicly, however, he is still able to escape after a severe fire battle with the police. GI knows that YEUNG has been fled away; therefore, she tries to block and capture him.  Although she arrests YEUNG at the end, she injures seriously also. Knowing that the job is so dangerous, HERO intends to persuade GI to resign. But when the high rank officer appraises the outstanding performance of GI, HERO changes his mind and becomes very supportive.… ...

GI and HERO misunderstands SIN is pregnant. In order to have SANG takes up the responsibility, HERO announces the marriage and the pregnancy of SIN in the bar. SIN is outrage. GI and CARL carry their duties together and meet JASON, who works for HERO previously. GI is surprised that CARL and JASON tease each other in the conversation. Later, she understands the reason when she finds out the relationship between CARL and JASON.

There is a traffic accident happened to a truck, it crashes and a large amount of dollar note is spread on the road. The driver flees away and leaves a chaos scene. Later, the police find that dollar notes is faked. The case is referred to FUNG again.

Apart, FUNG is shocked when he discovers that KA pretends having stomach ache and skipping school intentionally. Therefore, he raises the matter to YUEN and asks her not to give too much pressure on their children for the academic results.… ...

HERO also receives a counterfeit note from his customer, he is halt by SANG immediately. Both of them chase after the criminal and get hurt. HERO appreciates the assistance of SANG and is moved by his protection during the chase, he gives the medicine oil to SANG for curing his wound. GI doubts about their sudden improvement of relationship.

GI creates chance for CARL to celebrate his birthday with JASON; however, it screws up at last. GI has a car crash with a driver, CHUNG, who violates the traffic regulations with his new license. GI begs YUEN to get him a chance but YUEN refuses to grant leniency.  On the other hand, the charge on MUI and HAY is withdrawn and they are happy to be set free. HERO co-operates with SANG in catching the teenage criminal for using the counterfeit note. They arrest the teenager finally with sufficient evidences.… ...

FUNG and YUEN cannot overcome their differences on their children affairs; YUEN determines in outrage to takes her children to attend the admission course alone. Nevertheless, she blames FUNG for the dwells of her children performance. The truck driver, LAM KAI WING is arrested for transporting the counterfeit note. He has been bribed to provide false testimony in order to mislead the police officers.

JASON is upset, when he fails to borrow money from his boss in order to pay off the debts for his girlfriend, COCO. His friend, SHA PI offers him a plan to earn money, but JASON declines it after serious consideration.

GI helps YUEN to overcome the fear of turning her motor bicycle in an angle. Concurrently, GI is permitted to drive the motor bicycle on duty later. She is accused for bribing YUEN to regain her job. HERO challenges SANG on his snooker skills, SANG beats HERO with slightly scores ahead.… ...

YUEN is willing to withdraw her pressure applies on her children for enrolling to the famous school. FUNG appreciates for her decision. YUEN and GI are shopping together and meet their colleagues, FA SHA and HON, when they try on the new arrivals. They are amazed by the new look and beauty of GI.

JASON finds difficulties in spending the counterfeit note. Meanwhile, his mother, TSANG MIMI and his stepfather, WONG YU TAK are planning for a business trip, hence, just provides a chance for JASON to perform the illegal act.

YUEN knows that GI has no interest on her admirers among the office, she becomes curious on the fundamental requirements of GI on her love one. Surprisingly, GI replies that her beloved should not have the textures of SANG, whom she hates most.  At last, FUNG finds the clues when the counterfeit notes are deposit to the bank.… ...

JASON discovers that CARL is still keeping the birthday present that is made by him when he was small. JASON is moved. HERO has a stomachache after eating the spicy hot pot with SANG. He is then sending to the hospital for medical treatment and the doctor recommends HERO to have a light diet.  Because of pride and honour, HERO neglects the advice from doctor and drinks heavily in front of the girls. At last, he faints and SANG sends him to the hospital again.… ...

CARL is on sick leave after JASON beats him. Therefore, YUEN has to cancel her holidays for the preparation of examination, and reports duty immediately. Despite the pain, CARL still protects JASON and hides the truth, when GI visits him. On the other hand, TAK and MIMI come back after the business trip, they are brought to the police station upon their arrival.

Having discussed with MIMI, CARL knows that JASON is lying, CARL feels heartbroken. Meanwhile, the police officers believe that CARL still has contact with JASON, hence, request CARL to provide another testimony. However, the tendency to protect his son makes CARL hardly to provide a true testimony.  Because of the investigation, CARL is unable to resume duty; nevertheless, his negotiation with YUEN has turned to be a quarrel. MUI invites a famous chef, KWOK KIM ON, to work in her restaurant, whilst SANG highly appraises his cooking.… ...

SANG is discontent that GI is not paying attention in the meeting but studies the news about KI. FOOK represents KI as the PR for his diet product, their relationship is boomed as rumour by the media. Coincidentally, GI sees them together whilst she is on duty, GI feels bitter in heart.

SAR questions FOOK after hearing the rumours, whilst FOOK engulfs with unspeakable reason. MUI is pleased with the performance of LI, who works in her restaurant. Meanwhile, FUNG figures out the criminal behaviour of this mask murderer, who attacks and faints KUEN, is alike to criminal PAO KWOK PING. PING is a mask lady-killer before in jail.  In order to find proof, FUNG and DING visits PING in prison. They are relief when they find PING has becomes very aggressive in the religious functions and has no suspicious. On the other hand, SAR is astonished to learn that FOOK is having abortion in the hospital.

GI discovers the love story between SANG and OR by accident, she tries to understand more and starts the dialogue with SANG.… ...

Stepbrother of KI, WING SHOU JOE disapproves the advertising budget for the diet product that KI is responsible. KI is very unhappy for his decision. On the other hand, ON offers the apartment to LI and her son, they move in with appreciation. In the meantime, the mask murderer commits crime again and attacks LIN. FUNG and other investigators believe that the mask murderer imitated the behaviour of PING purposely.

FUNG is released when he finds no tension soared in YUEN’s eyes, whilst he mentions the mask murderer. ON misunderstands that CHUEN is peeping LI while she is changing clothes. He beats CHUEN with anger. Nevertheless, when YUEN overhears CHUEN desecrates LI, YUEN insists MUI to terminate CHUEN immediately. However, the over reaction of YUEN surprises MUI and others.  KEE is still attached to KI, although their love is gone. Owing to her selfishness, she attempts to spoil the relationship between KI and GI.… ...

KI takes a further step to propose his love and holds the hand of GI. GI elevates with frantic cheers. ON proposes to marry LI with a diamond ring, which makes LI deeply impressed. Unluckily, LI meets her old client; SING when she delivers the food order to his place. SING rapes and looms LI and makes her feels tearing apart.

In the meantime, SANG helps GI in practising the social gestures and teaches her to dance. Moreover, they study the social dance techniques from the video that they rent together.

During the ball, GI screws up again and dances like a fool. KEE and KI’s sister-in-law, ZI CHING tease and amuse GI for her inadequate dancing skills. KUEN finally recovers from coma, she identifies CHUEN and says he took revenge and attacked her that day.… ...

SANG passes the evidence to FUNG for further investigation. Actually, FUNG also suspects ON and discovers that PING has written letters to ON occasionally. Due to the urgency of a proposal, KEE purposely engages KI to perform overtime work in order to complete the task. Hence, KI absents for the appointment with GI. Unexpectedly, GI astounds KI by bringing snacks to his office, thus, ruins the plan of KEE.

After serious consideration, SANG gets a breakthrough in LI’s case. He figures out the communication channel between PING and ON at last. Moreover, he predicts the mask murderer will take revenge on SING; therefore, he hurries to save him. But, his arrival is too late and SING dies.

Special police officers are appointed to investigate the case of mask murderer. SANG explains to them about the secret code of the bible that PING uses to inspire ON.… ...

FUNG blames YUEN for chasing ON and neglects to take care KA and lead to his injured. YUEN feels sorry. Nevertheless, FUNG discovers that YUEN has visited PING in the prison secretly. He rebukes YUEN severely for her irrational and emotional behaviour.  The dancing tutor is pleased with the excellent improvement of SANG and GI and identifies them as couple by mistake. SANG and GI are shock with embarrassment. GI is too excited to present the trophy to KI and forgets her promise to SANG for celebrating the award together. SANG is disappointed.  On the other hand, KI also gets the recognition of YIM and fulfils with ambition. But the happiness lasts only a short while. KI encounters difficulties in his business of the diet product; he sets off a trip to Shanghai in a rush and forgets his appointment with HERO. GI is discontent for the lack of KI’s concern.

By chance, GI recovers the ‘cock head’ that SANG has lost for years.… ...

YUEN and FUNG receive a parcel from terror, YUEN hides the threaten note inside the parcel and passes to SANG. SANG is too anxious to rescue GI, therefore, he apprehends PING by force. Unluckily, they arrive too late and KA is killed. The tragedy perhaps, to be bear by YUEN solely, she obtains neither comforts nor supports from her family. She comes to an edge due to the painful loss although she still has the understanding from GI.

Notwithstanding the mood of GI, KI insists to take her for a celebration party; GI attends with a flat face. Later, KI invites GI to have dinner with his family; however, he leaves early instead. In fact, his fraud financial figures are discovered by KEE, hence, he has to be excuse from the dinner and meets KEE for negotiation.

FUNG accomplices with SANG to capture ON, but they fail. ON assaults FUNG in return. FUNG shrugs off the grievance and resumes his strength, then he captures ON at last.… ...

SANG reveals his affection on GI to HERO, whilst HERO slips across carelessly. GI finds difficulties in sharing and communicating with KI; she dislikes KI, who always hides his troubles in a mask of happiness. Hence, SANG urges GI to present her care and concern to KI directly.

On the trial day of PING, he pretends sick and absconds. FUNG and other police officers catch up and find him. PING fails to mastermind his evil voice of himself, and makes up an exonerating decision. YUEN is happy at first when FUNG visits her and SA; but the objection of MIMI is strongly influencing FUNG, he loses confidence on YUEN in taking care of their child. They start to quarrel again.

JOE is pessimistic to the re-launching campaign of diet product that KI is responsible. Hence, KEE presents the positive sales forecast to support KI, who impresses YIM. In return, KEE requests to be the partner of KI in the ball.… ...

KEE expresses her ambition that she targets to marry KI and be a family member of WING’s family, whilst KI does not know how to react. On the other hand, GI feels hard to delved into the heart of KI, she cries out her worries to SANG. Unexpectedly, the sorrow of GI lights up the love sparks with SANG, they kiss each other sensationally.  Yet, GI pulls out from confusion at once and sums up her feelings on SANG. SANG ends up in despair. YUEN tends to let her MIMI to take care of SA in order to mend their relationship. MUI agrees and supports her. GI has discovered the lies of KI and feels disappointed. She extenuates the anger by doing the housework.  YIM faints after announcing KI as the final decision maker of his business. SANG is angry with himself for letting the robbers escape. FUNG tries to comfort him. However, FUNG drowns himself by straying in the bar after work and avoid staying at home since the death of KA. Furthermore, he abandons YUEN and sleeps at KA’s bedroom instead. His act is a painful trumpet to YUEN.

In order to please his new girlfriend, SIN CHUI YEE. She is a supervisor in the nightclub. HO claims that he is the boss of Sin Yee Bar. However, CHUI behaves arrogantly and offences all the people in the bar.  HERO visits the Wing’s family and discusses the wedding ceremony with them. Yet, YIM passes the legacy of his family, jade ornament, to GI as the wedding engagement present, which surprises GI with happiness. On the other hand, KEE threats and operates KI to withdraw the wedding engagement with GI in terms of the fraud financial statements. KI faces the dilemma.… ...

GI distributes the wedding invitation cards happily; however, SANG feels regret for her resigns and bitter in heart. SANG follows KI and discovers his secret affair with KEE. He has hesitation whether to tell the truth to GI under such circumstances. On the other hand, YUEN is heartbroken when FUNG accepts her request to divorce.

FUNG is appointed to investigate the robbery of a jewellery shop; he believes QUN is the suspect. According to the evidence, he proves the common points in their crime behaviour. Meanwhile, QUN fails to find CHUI YEE at the nightclub. Apart, GI is stunned when she notices the secret affair between KI and KEE.

Whilst the family members are exciting for the preparation of GI’s wedding ceremony, GI feels hard to disclose truth to them. SANG finds KI for resolution, he urges KI to cherish GI and preserves the relationship.

In contrast to her heart, SIN conceives HERO that her affection on him is gone. On the other hand, CHUI is helping QUN to seek a shelter for their conspiracy in robbing again, whilst she meets HO. QUN considers the apartment of HO is the most suitable place for them.

KEE absents for work for several days. HENRY begins to feel suspicious; yet, KI claims that she has resigned for marriage far away. KI pleads GI to visit YIM in the hospital together. GI understands the illness of YIM is being very serious and she dares to disappoint him now.

SANG feels despair when he knows that KI and GI did not cancel their wedding engagement. SIN aware of his sadness and feels pity for him. SANG discovers a robbery at the apartment of KEE and believes that KEE has been murdered. FUNG follows up the investigation at KEE’s office but fails to obtain further information.… ...

Eventually, the appear of SANG wrecks the wedding ceremony of KI and GI, he proposes to marry GI in front of all guests. GI and others are amazed by his speech. Yet, FUNG and the police officers arrive also, KI is under arrested for the death of KEE then. On the other hand, QUN uses CHUI to analyse the environment of an upstairs jewellery shop, so that they can plot for the robbery.

SANG apologises for his destruction at the wedding, whilst uses this opportunity to express his love to GI also. But GI feels hard to forgive and forget at this moment. HO is disappeared for several days, HERO feels suspicious and asks SIN to visit him together. Hence, both of them are kidnapped by QUN.

In order to find a chance to get rid, HERO agrees to be their driver in the robbery. Whilst, CHUI and HO are killed by QUN when they tend to release HERO and SIN.… ...

YUEN is anxious to seek a repute doctor to operate the brain surgery for CARL. Hence, her tiers break her down during the examination of promotion. She faints and is send to the hospital. FUNG visits her in the hospital at once. He finds her just leaving after medical treatment with her fragile body. Though he tries to catch up and help, YUEN declines his care.

To capture QUN, FUNG makes use of the media and GI to tempt him; however, SANG feels that it is too risky and without compromising success. Notwithstanding the strong objection and worries of SANG, GI accepts to carry out the mission for FUNG. Meanwhile, despite the denial, HERO misunderstands that SANG and GI are in love when they visit him in the hospital together.

Even though QUN has killed CHUI, he remembers that she has a son named SIN KA LEUNG. He believes that LEUNG is his child; therefore, he puts aside the danger and visits him.… ...

The paddling of FUNG finally leads QUN and his followers to fall down the trap successfully. SANG is injured when he protects GI in the mission. Whilst criminal, KI XIAN DON is killed by FUNG. When QUN realises that they are trapped, he drags away DON’s brother, XIAN NAM and escapes. They swear to take revenge for DON.

FUNG meets QUN when he picks up her daughter, SA in the kindergarten. Unluckily, QUN takes away SA as hostage and escapes. FUNG is guilty for his own negligence and under stress. Having the same experience before, YUEN understands the feeling of FUNG; yet, she does not blame FUNG at all and pacifies him with care. Moreover, she opines that they need intelligence to rescue SA.

The worried couple receive a call from QUN at last, he requests for ransom. Hence, FUNG finds ways to accumulate the amount desperately, meanwhile, arises the suspicious from SANG.… ...

Police Special Task Force Senior Inspector SANG and Traffic Police Officer CHI co-habit happily. Regional Crime Unit Inspector FUNG receives some tips about a triad organization ‘Hung Ying’ recruiting some prostitutes from the Mainland. FUNG and his colleagues set up an operation to try to catch the black-hands behind the organization, but the suspects escape. Luckily, CHI helps them to arrest them all. SANG accidentally sends RITA an animated email to propose instead of CHI. She announces the news to the whole police station. SANG loses CHI’s silver whistle during an operation. She is cross and moves out. FUNG’s wife YUEN is CHI’s boss and best friend. She tries to persuade her to get back to SANG, but fails. SANG learns that a prostitute BING has found CHI’s whistle, so he looks for her. A sect leader of Hung Ying TUNG sees BING holding the whistle and scolds her for stealing customers’ property.

CHI intercepted some illegal immigrants and is praised by YUEN and the Chief Inspector CHAN. The head of Hung Ying KUEN’s daughter WING sets up some prostitution institutes right next to TUNG’s territory. TUNG finds WING stealing his customers deliberately. KUEN orders TUNG and WING draw a borderline in the territories. TUNG objects to KUEN’s decision which protects WING. He expands his business and sends out promotion leaflets. YUEN is pregnant again. She, FUNG and their daughter SA are all waiting for the newborn. The police organize an anti-prostitution operation ‘Burning Rose’, which involves Special Task Force, Regional Crime Unit and is led by Organized Crime and Triad Superintendent KEN to fight against TUNG’s prostitution business.

CHI stops a driver who runs through a roadblock. Apparently, the driver is CHUNG, who used to be a Traffic Police Officer. SANG meets BING again during the ‘Burning Rose’ operation. He falls down and is hurt when he chases her for CHI’s whistle, while she escapes. The operation is very successful. KEN calls for a press conference. FUNG’s subordinates are annoyed that KEN only takes the credits and does not care about SANG. CHI is worried when she learns that SANG is hurt. When he presents her the whistle, she is delighted. He proposes to her, but is turned down. She wants to get married after she is promoted. A prostitute KIU tells KEN that SANG lets BING go for the whistle. KEN asks SAN for an explanation. CHI and SANG look for BING. CHUNG visits CHI and tells her that he is now working as a reporter for a pornographic website, so she asks him to help looking for BING.

CHI begs BING to tell KEN the truth about the whistle, but she refuses. BING’s neighbor steals her son’s medical subsidy. Luckily, CHI helps her to get the money back. She agrees to explain to KEN about the whistle. YUEN falls ill. She is diagnosed of a rare pregnancy disease and the doctor advises her to give up the baby. TUNG attracts the police’s attention with his high profile prostitution business. KEN decides to hold another operation to eliminate it. TUNG causes a big loss to the organization, so KUEN forces him to hand over his business to WING. He sends his subordinate TONG to kill her. Luckily, her husband CHOI saves her, but he is injured badly. She knows that it is TUNG’s plot and wants to take her revenge. KUEN advises her to gather some evidence before taking any action. YUEN notices that CHOI’s injury is not caused by normal traffic accident, so she hands over the case to the Regional Crime Unit.

FUNG analyses YUEN’s information and realizes that CHOI’s injury is caused by a potential murder case, so he watches through the recorded videos and finds out that the suspect is TUNG’s subordinate TONG and has him arrested. During a sect leaders’ meeting, WING forces TUNG to admit his murder plot, but he denies it. KUEN orders him to hand out his account book to annoy him. KUEN is thankful to CHOI for saving WING’s life. CHI finds out that YUEN is using drugs to control her condition, so she encourages her to tell FUNG about it. The Regional Crime Unit Superintendent PANG announces that KEN is the new superintendent, FUNG’s direct boss. FUNG’s subordinates TING, FA and TAI are annoyed with KEN’s working attitude. KUEN is having a birthday party when KEN’s team arrests him and TUNG for suspected involvement in a traffic accident.

YUEN blacks out suddenly. Her mother MUI and FUNG’s mother KAM try to persuade her to give up the baby, but she insists to give FUNG a son. KEN has to let KUEN and TUNG go because of lack of evidence to charge against them. Later, KEN arrests KUEN again after he finds out that KUEN’s restaurant is involved in suspected corruption. MUI learns that SANG is renovating his flat and thinks that he is going to get married. She tells the news to her daughters SZHEI and YUEN, but she finds out that is just a misunderstanding later. YUEN gives birth to her son by caesarean. KUEN falls ill in a detention centre and worries WING. CHI chases after a speeding car even after her duty. Her motorcycle suddenly dies when she speeds it up and she loses the other car. She takes it to her father HUNG’s garage for a check-up and finds out that SANG asks him to put a speed gauge into her motorcycle.

CHI stops HEI, the son of a renowned departmental storeowner, for speeding. He is shocked by her beauty. KUEN dies in the detention centre. WING inherits his leadership of the organization. HEI meets CHI again in HUNG’s wife, SUM’s pub. They chat and realize that they have similar likings. He loves her from the first sight and pursues her. He makes SANG very nervous. On KUEN’s funeral, WING and TUNG have an argument. FUNG arrives in time to settle the incident. TUNG forces WING to hand over the leadership. Meanwhile, ex-leader FOOK arrives and supports WING. SANG investigates some shoplifting cases in department stores. HEI is aggressive in pursuing CHI and bothers SANG. HUNG warns SANG to be careful that he may lose CHI.

HEI thinks that SANG is CHI’s uncle and annoys him. FUNG is promoted to Chief Inspector. YUEN finds SANG and CHI to celebrate FUNG’s promotion. KEN sets up a team to fight against Hung Ying and assigns FUNG to be the team leader. WING treats CHOI like a servant, but he puts up with her. He even puts up with her affairs. He meets HUNG in a pub and realizes that he used to be HUNG’s student. SANG sees HEI wandering in a department store during his investigation over shoplifting and thinks that he is a thief. He learns that there is some misunderstanding later. He feels stress after he hears about HEI’s background. HEI conducts a series of reforms in order to boost up the sales. He fights hard against other department stores to fight to be the sole agent of a new heater. YUEN’s daughter SA feels neglected after her little brother’s arrival.

After CHOI meets up with HUNG again, he tries to see him often. However, HUNG avoids him for not wanting to have any connection with triads. TUNG sees that football gambling is popular and takes his chance for soccer bookmaking. CHI is elected for the ‘Female Crime Fighter of the Year’ to promote the police. Her male partner is not decided yet and SANG wishes he will be elected. HEI lies to CHI that he is terminally ill to get her sympathy, but she is not fooled. She turns him down sturdily and disappoints him. The heaters that HEI’s store sell are returned by customers and causes a great loss to the company. He is scolded by his father YIP and feels enormous pressure to please him. He hurts a pedestrian when he is drunk driving. He asks YIP’s personal assistant NAM to erase all evidence and regrets for what happens.

KEN is elected for the ‘Male Crime Fighter of the Year’. SANG is only the second choice. YUEN investigates a traffic accident which involves an injured pedestrian. CHI finds out that the suspected car is the same model as HEI’s car. YUEN, CHI and an Identification Bureau officer inspect HEI’s car and the laboratory results show that his car has collision with the injured, TSUN. When YUEN is about to arrest HEI, NAM admits he was the driver that day. SA is upset because she cannot play the harmonica well. FUNG asks his subordinate HO to each her. TSUN dies and HEI gives his wife money for compensation. Identification Bureau finds HEI’s contact lens on TSUN’s body. YUEN and CHI are sure that HEI was the driver who killed him. YIP agrees to support NAM’s family if he agrees to take up the charges. The case is handed over to Regional Crime Unit as it involves TSUN’s death.

SANG teaches CHI how to act in a promotional video clip. However, CHI makes mistakes all the time. FUNG, TING and FA analyze all evidence and laboratory results and are sure that NAM is just a scapegoat. FUNG interrogates NAM and hopes he tell the truth, but fails. SA’s harmonica skill improves a lot with HO’s help. She is elected to join the school team. FUNG has a new breakthrough in TSUN’s case. He finds a bloody footprint which proves that HEI was at the crime scene. HO knows NAM from tutoring his son before. He persuades NAM to tell the truth and ease off his family’s worry. NAM admits to the police that YIP has paid him to take up the charges. HEI wants to leave Hong Kong for good. He meets CHI before he leaves. She convinces him to report to the police and admits to his charges.

HEI admits to the police that he has killed TSUN by dangerous driving. TUNG expands his power by illegal football gambling, which causes a trend in his territory. SANG is assigned to control illegal gambling, so he hands out promotional leaflets around his district. KEN takes his job seriously. CHI admires him and treats him as good friend. SANG tells CHI to keep some distance from KEN as he has an eye on her. But she scolds him for interfering with her personal life. HO loses some important document and is scolded by KEN. MUI’s staff CHUEN is chased after by TUNG’s subordinates PAU for some loan from illegal gambling. SANG has gathered enough evidence to prove that PAU is involved in illegal bookmaking. However, SANG aims to find the bookmaker. TUNG’s subordinates TAN and KAI beat up PAU because he does not give TUNG all the money from the bets. Some loan sharks mess up MUI’s restaurant when they try to find CHUEN.

MUI and SZHEI are scared by the loan sharks. FUNG investigates the case and realizes that they are after CHUEN’s loan. KEN and CHI meet up to discuss about the promotional film. KEN’s girlfriend SANDY gets jealous and humiliates CHI in public. SANG and his subordinate KAT bump into CHI when they are having dinner. She thinks that he is following her and gets furious. SANG expresses his worry of losing CHI to HUNG. HUNG suggests him to get CHI pregnant to keep her. He asks his subordinate RITA about ways to get CHI pregnant quickly. FUNG finds out that TUNG is the bookmaker of an illegal gambling organization. However, he cannot charge him because of lack of evidence. CHI finds out that SANG has taken away her contraception pills and threatens to break up with him.

SANG drinks in a pub and meets a Forensic Science Division Officer SUNNIE. He sends her home when she gets drink. However, the taxi driver drives them to a love hotel. He has to leave her in the hotel. He wants to get CHI’s heart again, but she proposes to put their relationship aside. Hung Ying organizes many high-profile illegal gambling activities. In order to destroy them completely, KEN orders HO to be an undercover in TUNG’s territory. YUEN knows that CHI is bothered and finds out that she and SANG are having a cold war. HO succeeds in becoming an undercover. FUNG worries for him and has nightmares often. SANDY is rude to CHI again and KEN breaks up with her. TAN and KAI see PAU having contact with SANG and worry that he will tell him their illegal gambling business, so they plan to murder him.

CHI is moved that SANG cares a lot for her and gets back with him. They attend to a ball together. He meets SUNNIE at the ball and worries that she will tell CHI that they have been to a love hotel, so he hides from her. TAN and KAI force PAU to hand out all the money from his illegal gambling business. With no way out, he calls SANG for help and promises to be the police witness to charge against TUNG. However, there is a fire at the place he is hiding and SUNNIE finds out that he is murdered. KEN and CHI finally finish the filming and they celebrate together. TUNG’s illegal gambling business brings in the organization good incomes. His name gets bigger than WING’s. WING is annoyed and drinks in a pub but meets some troublemakers. FUNG helps her out. SUNNIE recognizes SANG. He asks her to keep the love hotel event secret in case CHI will know about it.

KEN is a playboy. He likes to pursue models and actresses. His name often appears on magazines. Therefore, some reporters take pictures of him and CHI walking together. SANDY is an actress. She tells a magazine that CHI has stolen KEN from her. When CHI is stopped by some reporters in front of the police station, SANDY humiliates her in public. Her boss LEE is annoyed and assigns her a desk job. KEN is sorry for her punishment. CHI learns that SANG and SUNNIE have been to a love hotel and scolds him of unfaithful. FUNG receives some intelligence and wipes out TUNG’s illegal gambling business. KAI wants to destroy some evidence against TUNG, but is arrested. SANG begs for CHI’s forgiveness. Meanwhile, SUNNIE appears and CHI leaves with jealousy. CHI joins a rock climbing class. Coincidently, KEN is her tutor. She is thrilled when she gets to the top of the mountain.
