But when foster Mum Melissa takes the puppy to Chris for a routine check-up she is confronted with terrible news - Tyson needs major heart surgery or he will die. Despite the expense, the family decides to adopt Tyson because they know no one else will give him a home in his condition. Will Tyson survive the open heart surgery and have a happy future with his new family?
