Contacted by Sandrine, the chef went to Carnoux-en-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, to help Alexandre, a restaurant owner in difficulty. For once, Philippe Etchebest is initially seduced by the original culinary concept of the establishment. But he quickly became disillusioned when he saw the team in the dining room and discovered the state of the kitchen. Sandrine and Alexandre violently blame each other. Beatrice and her partner Patrice opened a restaurant nearly two years ago in Notre-Dame-de-Vaulx, in Isère. Today, Beatrice calls upon Chef Philippe Etchebest because their situation is at its worst. Her husband Joël has been running a restaurant for 11 years, but today, at more than 70 years of age and when he should be enjoying a peaceful retirement, he is exhausted. Despite his best efforts, customers are becoming fewer and fewer and Joel can't afford to pay himself. The least we can say is that in this restaurant dedicated to seafood and fish, the chef has gone from one surprise to another: between a waitress who is completely lost, more than 400 lobsters in the freezers and a cook completely adrift, the situation is catastrophic!
