Victor is making dinner for a special White House dinner, and puts Cory in charge of watching the Sweet Potato Pie while he serves dinner. Cory decides to go sell "White House Water" during the twenty minutes he has to waste, but quickly gets distracted and the pie burns. Victor then grounds him. After a late night meeting at school, he wishes on a shooting star that he was President, and it comes true. Sophie is now his Vice President, and Newt and Meena are his adviser and general. Cory soon lets the power get to his head and ignores a top-secret file containing information about a robot invasion. Soon, everyone in the White House begins to become robots, all with a mission to get rid of Cory!

Sophie is angry about this, and when Cory refuses to get rid of the contract, the doll begins to haunt him. Meanwhile, Meena and Candy spy on Newt and when a short man gives him a "pot of gold" from the "end of the rainbow", they begin to think he is a leprechaun.

Stickler tries to use memory wipe spray to make Cory forget about the game, but the President gets a hold of it and uses, winding up working in a cheese shop. Meanwhile, Sophie wants to hang out with Meena, so she tries to act Bahavian, but it only gets on Meena's nerves.

He eventually convinces Newt to go ahead with the plan, until rival Mr. Michelle threatens to shut them down so he can reclaim his business. They then decide to have a "braid-off" to see who is better, Mr. Michelle or Newt. Meanwhile, Sophie and Tanisha want to dress like their idol Tiffany Starr for Haley's birthday party., but their parents won't let them.
