The facility was closed in 1986 after decades of abuse, neglect and torture under the guise of "treatment" were reported. Ever since, strange sightings and unexplained phenomena have been witnessed. Our team relives horrific abuses such as prolonged restraint and electroshock therapy in the hopes of experiencing the paranormal legends themselves. Then the team travels deep into the heart of Manchac Swamp, a haunted swamp just outside of New Orleans where they bury alive one of their own in a mass gravesite so they can contact the souls of the residents of an entire town wiped away by a massive hurricane in 1915.
