Bochum in the early evening: Dense, black clouds of smoke rise from a company building. The fire department is quickly on the scene - but the premises are locked. As the fire threatens to spread and every minute counts, the emergency services have to gain access as quickly as possible. In addition, the dispatch center receives a domestic emergency call.
