Joe, Olly and Oscar are gymnasts with a difference - they don't like strict rules, competitions or trying to achieve a perfect performance, but they love a challenge, testing their limits and most of all having freestyle fun in the gym with their mates. Inspired by the gym vloggers who are fast becoming internet sensations, the boys have decided to become film producers for the day and create their own Free-G video to post online. Ten-year-old artistic gymnast Madi has many challenges to overcome as she sets off for her first British Gymnastics residential training camp - not least of all learning how to do her own pony tail!
