Jimmy and Jamie pitch British sausages against their German rivals, and Hollywood A-lister Gwyneth Paltrow comes to the caff to cook pasta with the boys and face a food fight of her own. Jimmy and Jamie go up against a respected German sausage maker in a bid to persuade the Prince of Bavaria to put British bangers on his restaurant menu. Jimmy takes on a stomach-turning food tasting in the name of science. Then it's buckle-up time as Gwyneth joins Jimmy and Jamie for a burger and fries on Southend's rollercoaster.

Jimmy and Jamie want to see if British puds can beat Italian desserts. Jonathan Ross pops into the caff to cook extra-special bread and butter pudding with the boys and to take on the 'After Eight challenge'. And Jimmy investigates whether science can help to fight our ever-growing portion sizes. The Italians are mad about desserts, and from tiramisu and panna cotta to ice cream they've turned the humble pud into an art form. The boys go head to head with a major Italian pastry chef at a lavish Italian wedding banquet. And after the dust settles it's time for Jonathan to join Jimmy and Jamie for a burger and fries on Southend's rollercoaster.

Jimmy and Jamie want to see if they can beat the Belgians at their own game, by making a better beer. Jamie and Jimmy set off to find a new generation of artisan beer makers who are making British beer cool again. They visit a brewery in Camden and make their own beer. And they meet beer expert Rupert Ponsonby, who started the academy for beer sommeliers, who in turn help select the perfect beer for any dish, palette or occasion. The boys then head to Belgium for the booze-off. But can they win over the locals to the joys of British beer? Gary Barlow pops in to the caff to cook steak and ale pie.

On café’s menu this week; Jamie takes two of our favourite things - a curry and a Sunday roast and mashes them together to make his Empire Lamb; Jimmy builds a DIY smoker and serves up a smorgasbord of treats; Chris Moyles’ pops in to cook his favourite New York style pizza; and the boys head back home to Essex to revive a long lost pud from Colchester.

In the last of the series, the café’s menu is packed with feasts for the weekend; Jimmy serves his very own DIY champagne cider; Jamie meets up with two old mates, to cook Italian porchetta with Jennifer Saunders and Mexican street-food with Dexter Fletcher; and the boys discover the ‘Clanger’, a fabulous but forgotten Bedfordshire pasty.

Joining the lads in the café this week is superstar actor Kate Hudson. Kate cooks up an authentic goan vindaloo curry, a dish that reminds her of her mum, Goldie Hawn. Jamie gets his hands dirty cooking up his ultimate Southern fried chicken.

English rapper Tinie Tempah joins Jamie in the kitchen this episode. Tinie - whose parents were both born in Nigeria - cooks a classic West African street food dish, Suya. Jamie's ultimate salt and pepper squid.

On the café menu this week: Downton Abbey's 'Lord Grantham' himself, Hugh Bonneville. Hugh gets stuck into the prep for his pad Thai. Jamie goes for the ultimate roast with his overnight roasted pork shoulder.

British music sensation Ellie Goudling tucks into her yummy vegan burger with Jamie and Jimmy. Ellie's vegan twist on the traditional 'dirty burger' involved swapping the meat for corn, peas and broad beans. Once a junk food junkie, Ellie now enjoys giving her old indulgences a healthy twist, such as this vegan burger. Jamie's indulgent Japanese steaming ramen is worth the effort.

Welsh actor and director Michael Sheen joined Jamie in the café this episode. Michael returned to his roots when he cooked the national dish of Wales, a delicious lamb cawl. Jamie wowed diners with his winter’s night chili.

English singer/songwriter Paloma Faith joins the boys in the kitchen to whip up a dish close to her heart. Paloma gets stuck into cooking a Portuguese fish dish, Bacalhau à Brás. Paloma's Bacalhau à Brás, made with salted cod, scrambled eggs, fried potato and marinated olives. Jamie served up the ultimate sticky Chinese ribs.
