Marie throws a "kids party" when her divorce is finalized. However, an electrical short circuit causes the Kopitiam to catch fire and explode.

A month after the fire, things seem to be getting back to normal at the Kopitiam. However, Steven hasn't been himself since Cate mentioned moving to London. Joe announced that he is engaged.

Uncle Chan gets a visit from Juliet who claims to be his half-sister.

Marie is upset things aren't working out with Kyle. To make matters worse, Kyle's son, Mark doesn't like her. With Mark acting out, Kyle decides to find the reason behind it.

Aru set up a telescope in front of the Kopitiam to look at the stars. When he accidentally points the telescope into the neighbour's house, he sees something suspicious and goes over to check it out.

Steven gets a call from a famous photographer, Roy asking him for help to look for models for his latest project. When the model Steven initially wanted to hire is unavailable, he decided to use Rain.

Joe has played strong characters on screen but when Rick's girlfriend, Selina get robbed, he fails to help. Rick and Joe form a plan to catch the thieves.

Marie finds out that Kyle is taking over his family business in Switzerland and insist she follows him.

Now that Joe and Sheila are in a serious relationship. Joe decides to take the next step and have both their families meet. Since Sheila's relatives all live far away, she pays Kee Tat to play her grandmother.

While cleaning the shop, Rain finds a letter with lyrics written by Steven and quickly mistakes it as a love letter to her. She becomes infatuated with Steven to the point of fighting with Cate over him.
