"EATING AWAY" An athletic swimmer gets attacks of near-paralytic exhaustion, after which his urine becomes strangely dark. Over the years his symptoms persist until the day he goes into the ER with symptoms of a cardiac arrest. One doctor feels it isn't a heart attack
