Tracy compares her own family to an ant colony. The main difference between them is that on the ant colony the ants help each other, while on her family the exact opposite is what happens. Tracy's mom asks her to organize and host the Calloways anniversary party, which makes Tracy freak out because no one will help her out. Meanwhile, she tries unsuccessfully to approach her father about her pregnancy, and only gets a few words from him when she talks to him through baseball language. At the party, Tracy makes a toast thanking her parents and saying that they showed her exactly how to raise her child, and her father surprisingly listened this time.

No matter how hard she tries, her job duties seem to be way over her limits, so her boss hires an assistant to help her while she's pregnant. After a talk with her predecessor, Tracy realizes the ""mommies room"" might not be such a bad idea after all.
