After being denied a raise, Carlos goes after Ronnie's reputation in a vengeful act of spite. Matt and Ronnie repo a Porsche from a maniac whose drastic approach to save his car sends Matt running for the hills, and when an unexpected guest arrives at Ronnie and Froy's repo they're scrambling to uncover her true identity. And when Carlos and Ronnie come face to face on a final repo, will their personal problems result in a catastrophic loss?

In the Season 10 opener, Lou takes two new hires on their first job, where they are greeted by chainsaw-wielding debtors. Meanwhile, Froy and Matt hit the road when a driving-school instructor persuades his student to put the pedal to the metal. Later, Lou and Sonia encounter a debtor armed with medicine balls.

Monumental Changes

Lou's elaborate sting operation to infiltrate an alleged cult hits a snag when the new guys arrive unprepared, while Sonia and Matt are surprised when they show up to repo a car and discover that the owner is blind. Later, Ronnie's inexperience causes problems during a truck recovery.

Adapt, Improvise, and Overcome

Matt and Sonia are cheesed off after being outsmarted by a pizza deliveryman and having to call in Matt's mom for back-up; and later, Matt and Carlos almost come to blows. Meanwhile, Lyndah and Froy confront a nunchaku-wielding bodyguard.

Deep Dish Disaster

Froy and Sonia get caught in the middle of a riot when they repossess a vehicle from a stranded motorist and he rallies the neighborhood to his cause; the rookies head out on their first unsupervised recovery and wind up getting assaulted with pepper spray. Operation Repo is an American television program that depicts the world of car repossession with a team that portrays fictionalized tales of repossessions from California's San Fernando Valley. Similar to another truTV show, Southern Fried Stings, the series is filmed in a cinema verité style but consists of scripted and dramatized performances by actors. The show is filmed by recreating scenes in which the cast conducts repossessions of automobiles for finance companies. In the show they also perform repossessions of other exotic and strange items such as luxury boats, planes, limousines, motorcycles, ATVs, Zambonis, ice cream trucks, tow trucks, buses, trucks, expensive bicycles, hot air balloons, wood chippers, forklifts, and tanning beds.
