Mexican chef Patricia Jinich is in and they're livin' la vida loca, y'all! First they make Crispy Fried Tacos with Salsa Verde. Next, they make Mexican White Rice topped with Fried Plantains, Then Paula shows Patricia how to Fried Ice Cream.

Today Paula is showing off her "Hiers Side" as her niece Corrie and nephew Jay stop by the kitchen!
