Bret Michaels, lead singer of the Rock band Poison, welcomes 25 young ladies to his rocker lair in the hopes of finding that one special girl he can call his own. In order to help him with this great task, Bret enlists the help of his friend, who is also his tour manager and head of security, Big John. After the girls explore the house and meet each other, Bret has them line up for a special photo shoot. Here, he gets the first taste of the girls' personalities, as he snaps pictures of each of them for what will become their V.I.P. Backstage passes. Some are sexy, and some are...well not so much. After the shoot, it's time for cocktails and a backyard mixer. Trying desperately to make an impression on Bret, the girls pull and tug at him and compete for his attention, leaving Bret a bit overwhelmed. When the girls finally get him alone, and the conversation begins, Bret realizes all those years on the road has made him a little rusty at dating.

The remaining five women are interviewed by three of Bret's biggest fans, who then decide on the woman they think is best for Bret.

The season wraps up with Bret taking the final two ladies to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. When they return home, Bret chooses one to “rock his world.

The ladies put on roller skates and try to outmaneuver one another while pushing a stroller. Later, Bret spends some alone time with one of the more disliked contestants, leading to tension in the house. In the end, two ladies are eliminated.

The ladies are challenged to build a custom motorcycle. Later, the contestants pose for a pinup photo shoot before Bret eliminates two more gals.

The parents of the three remaining ladies meet Bret. Meanwhile, trust issues cause turmoil in the house.

Meanwhile in the first ever Peep Show Contest, the girls all compete for a date with Bret by showing off their greatest "talents." To stir things up at the house, Bret decides to hold an old school dance off. Three girls fail to make the cut.

The ladies learn to ride motorbikes and then split into teams of three for a Motocross relay race. The winning team will each get dates with Bret.

The remaining six ladies are split into two teams to shoot an album cover for Bret's new release. The winning team's creative director is awarded a private date with Bret and the two models get a tandem date.
