Meanwhile, Mo sets off on an epic quest, as her diversity initiative proposal leads her to the most terrifying place of all- Beta Games Head Office.

With stress at a boiling point Mo suggests therapy and Jen finds it very useful! So much so, Jen goes full-Jen and tries to utilize this new technique on all of her life stresses, including inviting her whole family for a group therapy session. Meanwhile, Mo visits a rage room to help work though her reluctance to fire a lacklustre employee.

Mo's family visits from the Philippines and she wants to prove how well she's doing on her own.
