Ree's mom and sister are staying on the ranch for the weekend and the women are conjuring up family recipes and food they love. There's a fabulous pasta dinner with seafood and a casual easy salad lunch the next day.

It's fiesta time on the ranch, where Ree's creating a truly classic Mexican feast with Tequila Lime Chicken, Refried Black Beans, Mexican Rice Casserole and all the yummy fixings. Ladd's manning the grill and it's time to get the party started, with Mango and Virgin Margaritas, a gorgeous dinner on the porch, good friends to share the celebration with, and lots and lots of laughter.

It's time to saddle up for a big day of horse riding on the ranch. Ree's handing out Granola Bars to the kids as they set off on horse back for a riding lesson with Josh and his uncle Lee. Guns, roping and a marital shootout are all part of the Drummonds' Rancher's Dinner. This is party time with a real Wild West difference. There's got to be beef, Ladd's grilled tenderloins, twice-baked potatoes, crunchy fresh corn casserole and homemade ranch dressing over iceberg wedges. It's a family affair, so the kids and cowboys are helping and sister-in-law Missy's bringing dessert. Then it's Ladd and Ree's guns and roping throwdown - may the best man or woman win.

Christmas is coming and it's a big day on the ranch. It's all about festive food, fun and family traditions. Ree's celebrating the holidays by cooking up divine Cinnamon Rolls for Christmas gifts, and her little elves, the kids, are on delivery duties. Then the Drummonds are hitting town for the annual Christmas parade of lights before heading back to the ranch for a fabulous feast of Prime Rib with a rosemary salt crust, elegant Duchess Potatoes, nine-hour Burgundy Mushrooms and scrumptious Whiskey Cream Sauce. Ree hasn't been to the store in weeks and she's still got another day to go before she can hit town. Over the next 24 hours she dips into her trusty staples to whip up some fabulous food from what she can find in her pantry and freezer. There's mom daughter dinner, breakfast for the kids and lunch for the whole family.

Ladd's mom is taking all the kids and cousins for a fun night out camping under canvass at the creek. Ree's whipping up delicious food for them to cook over the campfire in the great outdoors. Meantime it's date night with a difference at the ranch house with supper for two for Ladd and Ree.

Ladd and the kids have been up since first light shipping cattle, and Ree's rustling up a rib-sticking lunch of the kids' favorite foods. For Bryce, Salisbury Steak in tasty gravy. For Alex, Fettuccine Alfredo, and delicious sauteed sweet Peas and Carrots for Paige. Last but not least, for Todd, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie it is.

Ree's sharing her ideas of the best things in the world. There are comfort classics like the Best Tomato Soup Ever and the Best Grilled Cheese Ever. For breakfast, the Best Scrambled Eggs Ever and a dessert to die for, the Best Yogurt Parfait Ever.

There's a battle of the sexes going down on the ranch where the guys like their food brown and hearty. There's a blind taste test to see if punchy Penne alla Vodka can win a coveted spot on Ladd's approved list. Then when the guys are away, eating steak and potatoes, the girls will play, and Ree's throwing a cowgirl's dinner the guys would hate with elegant, sophisticated goat cheese with dill appetizers, chilled sangria, and a hip fig, prosciutto and arugula pizza. There's only one guy allowed and that's Charlie – he's always invited.

It's all about work, food and fun on the Pioneer Woman's ranch where she's cooking up a fabulous spicy Cajun pasta lunch for her hungry kids. Then, with the kids on a sleepover, it's a rare date night, frontier-style. Ree's rustling up his-and-her versions of Ladd's Favorite Sandwich and a Drummond classic, egg in the hole, for breakfast. But stand by for dinner and breakfast crashers, as well as a cool, refreshing Oklahoma-style cherry limeade and one accidental ranch wife who is not planning to help with the fence painting. We'll see.

With the family away for the weekend, Ree can cook and eat all the food she really loves. She starts with a fresh and fabulous Gazpacho for lunch. After a few ranch chores there's indulgent Pasta With Pancetta and Leeks. The next day, with time ticking away, Ree whips up a real spicy favorite, Lazy Chiles Rellenos. There's time for one last treat, beautiful Bruschetta, before the crew arrive home and it's back to cowboy cooking.

There's a big secret on the ranch. It's Todd's 7th birthday and the family is planning his first-ever surprise party. First the baby cowboy gets treated to his favorite lemon blueberry pancakes for breakfast, then it's a day of keeping mum as Ree conjures up a county birthday feast of Macaroni Cheese and juicy Sliders with a toppings bar. Then, stand by for the moment when Todd gets the surprise of his life. Well, if his brother hasn't let the cat out the bag.

It's all about school days and Sundays on the ranch – and more slices of frontier family life. Ree is making incredible Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies for a field trip to a local museum and wildlife reserve with her home-schooled kids. Then it's the day of rest and that means church, shopping and comfort classics: Perfect Pot Roast, Blackberry Cobbler and a family nap.

With two barns to burn down and hungry workers to feed, Ree's getting them all fired up with delicious Good Morning Muffins for breakfast. There's a real ranch favorite for lunch, Chicken Spaghetti with Apple, Pecan and Blue Cheese Salad.

Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond's throwing open her Oklahoma ranch for a brand-new food series with juicy slices of frontier life. There's a quintessential ranch dinner, a dawn cattle gathering with the kids and cowboys, and rookie cowgirl Ree's facing two family challenges. With chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy with a city girl tomato salad on the side, as well as Cowboy Breakfast Sandwiches and Sunrise Punch, it's going to be a mouthwatering feast of fabulous food and fun.

Ladd's two best college friends Tony and Bill are heading out from the city to the ranch for the weekend to watch their alma mater play their archrival in the big Arizona vs. ASU game. While Ladd dishes out some city slickers type ranch experiences Ree cooks up a watch party feast of incredible game day goodies with snacks and treats that are sure to score a touchdown.

Ladd's father, Chuck, has been honored with a Trail Boss Award, so the Drummonds are throwing a big celebration dinner at the lodge. On the menu are Rib-Eye Steak With Onion Blue Cheese Sauce and Restaurant Style Smashed Potatoes. On the side, grilled Corn With Pasilla Butter. Then for dessert, a fabulous Strawberry Sparkle Cake inspired by Chuck's great-grandmother's recipe.

Ree plans the night before for a cowboys and cowgirls lunch at the lodge after a big morning working calves on the ranch. The next day, everyone's up at first light and when they head out to the range, Ree slams pop pulled pork in the oven to slow cook and fits in some photography for her blog. With time to spare Ree heads back to the lodge to finish making a well earned lunch for the entire crew of hungry cowboys, kids and family.

School's in at the lodge where it's homeschool Co-Op day. The night before Ree gets ahead with strawberry oatmeal bars, then before the bell rings she's serving up make ahead muffin melts for the kids. Then up at the lodge they're joined by the other moms and kids where strawberry jam is the first period in a cool lesson mixing science and cooking, followed by a nature trail around the ranch while Ree makes lunch for the hungry kids- broccoli cheese soup on hollowed out bread bowls.

It's chocolate day at the lodge and Ree has challenged herself to shake up three great knock-it-out-of-the-park easy but impressive chocolate recipes for the blog. The kids can't wait to turn into taste testers – it's a cook's kid's best perk. Their dinner is an incredible corn and cheese chowder, and their mom's got a real surprise: dessert, then soup as a treat. Let the choc fest begin.

It's potluck Sunday at the church and comfort food to the max. Ree is making three great dishes that are guaranteed to be wiped out first. Then it's all hands on deck at the church the next morning where the entire family turns out to help Ree get the food on the table, and eat it.

It's Ladd's birthday and while it's business as usual on the ranch Ree's conjuring up a fabulous birthday dinner for Ladd, the kids and Cowboy Josh with all Ladd's favorite foods.

Ree's swapping kids for a sleepover with her best friend Hyacinth. The girls go to Hyacinth's and the boys come to Ree's where it's a boy friendly breakfast for dinner and after an early morning working with Ladd on the ranch there's dinner for breakfast.

It's the tale of three breakfasts on the ranch. For breakfast on the run, Ree's making tender scones. To celebrate her father-in-law's birthday, there are Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Potatoes. Finally, the hearty Breakfast Burritos, perfect for hungry kids and cowboys out working on the ranch.
