Doc and Rory prowl the seedy underworld of suburbia in Rory's van, but tension still simmers between them because Rory stole Doc's ex-girlfriend, Jana. Dean tries to romance Claire but blows it, so Emma advises that he soothe his fears of virginity by sleeping with the dorm's easy girl, Kiki. When Tina gets her older sister Liz grounded, Liz gets back at her by hinting that she's done something ballsy to Tina's boyfriend.

Rory takes Jana to an isolated park in his van, and discovers the complex engineering involved in removing a girl's bra. Preparing for an immigration check, Samantha spends the night with her "husband" Jonathan, further jeopardizing her relationship with Joan. Lea wants Rhiannon to act responsibly, a reflection over her own concern about possibly being pregnant. A cop interrupts one of Rory and Jana's more intimate moments in the van.

The immigration agent arrives to check on Samantha and Jonathan's green card marriage just as Samantha's lover Joan threatens to leave her. Leah and Michael debate whether she should take a "morning after pill." Jana and Rory go shopping for birth control devices--you know, just in case they ever, you know...

Miles, still handcuffed to Kim, tries to convince her that they are meant for each other. Tess' blind date, Alex, mistakenly shows up at Hope's apartment and Hope invites him to stay for the night. Berk pretends he's attached to get Lori interested in him, but when she wants visual proof of his relationship, he has to find a "girlfriend" fast. Jamie reveals to Sabrina that he dressed in drag to be close to her, but when Sabrina becomes interested in him, Jamie decides he really likes Vanessa.

When Tess accuses Hope of stealing her blind date, they toss a coin to see who should go out with Alex--Tess wins. Kevin helps Berk stage a fake make-out session with the aid of a blow-up doll, but when Berk later breaks up with his "girlfriend," Lori still won’t go out with him. Rebecca agrees to go on a date with Kip without seeing his face, which is covered by a hockey mask in order to hide a huge zit on his nose.

Hope, still feeling guilty for stealing Tess' blind date, sends Alex away after Tess stands him up, then begs him to come back after Tess revels she's met someone else. When Berk convinces Kevin to get in bed with the fake Natalie (a.k.a. the blow-up doll), so that he can "pretend" to catch his "girlfriend" cheating on him, the real Natalie shows up, forcing Berk to tell Lori that he has lied to get her to like him. Kip puts a bandage over his zit and tells Rebecca that he got in a fight while playing hockey.

Chuck suspects he has gonorrhea and confronts his girlfriend Jane who then confronts her lover/ex-boyfriend Peter, accusing Peter's girlfriend Siska of starting the STD chain. Renzo tries to convince Jim to ask Annie out, but Jim's conversation with Annie's roommate Carla leads him to believe Annie wouldn't date a man in a wheelchair. When Rebecca asks why he got into a fight, Kip confesses that he made it all up.

Jane confronts Siska with her suspicion that she is the source of the gonorrhea, in the process revealing her ongoing affair with Peter. Annie backs out of her date with Jim when she finds out he is disabled. Bonnie, the overweight cartoonist and victim of ridicule, tells Max, the campus golden boy, that she knows he is the anonymous writer of poetry in the school paper.

When Siska admits she cheated on Peter, Jane must admit to Chuck that she was sleeping with Peter, which leads to Jane and Peter getting back together. Annie changes her mind and goes out with Jim, who then accuses her of keeping the date out of pity. After her friend dares her to prove her power over her boyfriend, Cassidy says she'll sleep with Max--for the first time--if he takes Bonnie to the dance.

When Rick confesses that he is not really Josh's butler, Devon leaves with Rick prompting Merrith and Josh to console each other, which leads to sex. Renzo invents the game of "Love Bowl" to help spice up Megan and Casey's sex life. Max decides to date Bonnie, even though Monica and Cassidy tell him that no one will accept them as a couple.

Rick and Devon go on a date and return to the apartment, only to run into Josh and Merrith as both couples search for condoms. Renzo substitutes his own kinky fantasies in the Love Bowl, leading Casey and Megan experimenting with lipstick and lunch meats, which disgusts Megan. Ruddy tells Brad to dump Katrina because she won’t sleep with Brad, but then Denise gives them the idea of staging a horror film video night to promote snuggling, and eventually sex.

When Merrith and Devon arrive for dinner at Josh and Rick's, Devon suggests they switch partners. Megan apologizes to Casey for writing a list of things she didn't like about him after she finds out Renzo rigged the Love Bowl, but they wind up breaking up and decide to have sex one last time. Ruddy's plan to scare the girls into sleeping with the boys backfires when the girls find out about it and leave angry.
