Stardate: Unknown. As a "Circle"-led Bajoran military tries to occupy the station, a skeleton crew led by Sisko fight to reveal "The Circle's" big secret before they are forced to evacuate themselves. Meanwhile, Kira and Dax lead a mission to reveal the truth about "The Circle" on Bajor.

Stardate: Unknown. The destruction of a Cardassian ship leads Sisko, Dukat, and Sisko's old friend Cal Hudson to the fact that there is an unofficial war between the Maquis and the Cardassians.

Stardate: 45245.8. Picard and Data find Spock and discover the reason behind the secret meetings. However, a darker scheme planned by the Romulans is also uncovered in the process.

Stardate: Unknown. Voyager receives a distress signal from Seska, who claims that Maje Cullah is going to take her baby away from her, a baby she says is Chakotay's. Chakotay is skeptical, but can't take the risk of abandoning his child, should it really prove to be his. Janeway authorises a mission to rescue Chakotay's child and the ship moves deep into Kazon Nistrim territory. However: was Seska for real, or is this all an elaborate trap?

Stardate: 50023.4. Voyager is captured by the Kazon and the crew are dumped on a planet in its early stages of evolution. As only Tom Paris and Lon Suder have evaded capture, it's up to them and the EMH to come up with a plan to retake the ship.

Stardate: Unknown. When O'Brien befriends the station's first visitor from the Gamma Quadrant, he learns that the mysterious alien is on the run from determined pursuers.
