Leslie, Todd and Carl create a new grocery store bowling game using frozen turkeys. The new SuperValue Mart store manager, Mercy P. Jones, bets Leslie he can’t throw 3,000 frames without leaving a single pin standing and gambling fever takes over the store.

Leslie decides to open a Lasik business inside Greens & Grains, while Yolanda wants to start a tube top shop at www.yolandastubetopshop.com. Unfortunately, Yolanda's tube top ends up blinding Leslie. Feeling guilty for causing Leslie to be temporarily blinded, Yolanda invites him to stay with her while he recuperates.

After being humiliated by SuperValueMart in competing car washes for charity, Leslie decides to put his whistling talent to good use.

Buck and Richard say they are the best bagger/cashier team, but Super Value Mart claims to have the best team. They decide to have a competition but Buck doesn't want to compete.

Amy loses her job at the SuperValueMart so Leslie hires her as the new assistant manager of Greens & Grains. The staff is not impressed to say the least. Right away Amy forces Leslie to be more strict as a manager and tries to change the Greens & Grains into a cold, structured box store. The staff need to work hard to pull Leslie back from the edge of this black hole!

When Leslie fires the milkman for delivering expired products, Todd informs him of the curse and to be careful of the wrath of the Dairy Consortium.

Todd is let go when the Greens and Grains can't afford to pay for health insurance.

Leslie becomes convinced Buck has a drinking problem when he (Buck) comes in late after a night out. The staff is gathered for an intervention. But alcohol isn't Buck's real problem, keeping his drinking buddy's identity secret from Leslie is! The secret gets out and Leslie begins to consider himself too old and alone. Buck attempts to lift his boss' spirits with a night out and a surprise encounter!

On the cover of a promotional calendar featuring the staff dressed as heroes of American History, Ingrid soon displays her ignorance about her character Betsy Ross. It is soon discovered Ingrid is an illegal alien from Poland. Amy is jealous that Ingrid was chosen for the cover and attempts to do something about the Greens & Grains undocumented workers. Only Ingrid is not going silently and the rest of the staff revolts to prevent Amy getting the upper hand.

The Greens & Grains is celebrating Renaissance Days! All the staff is dressed in 15th century clothes. At the end of the week the annual employee picnic will be held within the store itself! It is only when Leslie challenges Charles Kliphouse, new manager of the SuperValueMart, to a joust that things go wrong. Does Leslie have a good enough plan?

Leslie holds a Star Trok convention when Jolene Blalock of "Star Trek: Enterprise" shows up for a celebrity appearance. During the event an exploding refrigerator compressor leaves her trapped in close quarters with Leslie and Ingrid.

Desperate to join The Bisons, Leslie must bring a date to their dinner. He convinces Ingrid to go as his date after things don't go well when trying to ask a customer.

Greens & Grains is holding a big promotion to celebrate its 150 year anniversary, but everything imaginable winds up going terribly wrong, from the 150% off sale to the assault of the quilters.

Pool attempts to unify his impaired staff while fighting a prudish corporate challenger (Jennifer Elise Cox) who requires control of the store.

When Richard's mother is caught pilfering booze from the store, Leslie uses offbeat methods to help her conquer her alcohol problem. Meanwhile, he also plays Cupid for Richard, helping the clean-cut cashier get a date.

After finding 5,000 silver dollars in the office safe, Leslie creates a giveaway where customers get to stand in a glass box with dollars blowing around them by a fan. Unfortunately thieves are attracted and hold the staff of the Greens & Grains hostage.

Leslie holds a short memorial service in the Greens & Grains bread isle where his father passed on. He comes to the realization that he has no one to pass his legacy on to if he passes away himself. Naturally he chooses Carl as heir. Leslie quickly becomes over involved in Carl's life causing an unfortunate series of events for the whole staff.

Ingrid has decided now is the time to lose her virginity. The challenge comes from finding the right man out of her coworkers at the Greens & Grains. After an incredibly awkward night with the chosen one, Ingrid begins to worry she turned him gay. As does he.

Todd wins some cows in poker and convinces Leslie the Greens & Grains should sell them as "The Freshest Meat In Town". Being over-zealous, Leslie thinks customers could choose their cow like they do a lobster in a seafood restaurant. Leslie begins to feel a special bond with Todd, his "bro" but the real trouble comes in trying to convince the FDA to let them slaughter cows in the store. Meanwhile a second "bromance" develops for Buck, who is trapped taking Richard to an Ice Skating audition for Lord of The Rings on Ice. Perhaps he can take this chance to make Richard a little more manly.

Pool hopes that a water stain in the store that resembles Jesus will draw customers and hike sales. Also, emotions run high when the store freezer breaks down, threatening the meat inventory. Meanwhile, Carl attempts to be a suitable father to his son.

Leslie discovers his great, great, great grandfather was a Native American and decides to make contact with the local Shawnee Indian tribe in an attempt to connect with his heritage. Of course, Leslie acts like his usual self and goes a little overboard.
