Gloria accuses Mike of ruining her life, causing him to walk out and try to spend the night at Archie and Edith's house. Archie and Mike reluctantly become roommates, which ends up in disaster. Archie then scolds Mike for trying to correct everybody's way of doing and saying things. Realizing his mistake, Mike goes home and apologizes to Gloria for being pompous, and Gloria apologizes to Mike for saying he ruined her life.
