Chef Philippe Etchebest went to Saint-Quentin, in Picardy, to help Bruno. Six months ago, Bruno took over a restaurant where he used to work. Unfortunately, since he took over the restaurant, the turnover has not stopped decreasing. Philippe Etchebest will soon understand where the problem
