Nancy feels her life is in a rut. She and Clint go on a ride with the New York Emergency Medical Services Team. As they continue their ride with the New York EMS team Clint and Nancy soon discover their next patient is a dog. Richard Black wants to make Westbury Clinic apart of his management team, but doing so Donna DeWitt agrees to performace evaluations.
