Marco, meanwhile, has resumed his relationship with Rachele. Cesare confesses to Giulio and Ezio the reason for his breakup with Pamela: he is a virgin and did not have the courage to reveal it to his fiancée. The two, to help Cesare, send him to a prostitute, but Pamela surprises him and misunderstands the situation.

Ezio seems to have lost the sexual connection with his wife, so much so that he falls asleep during their intimate moments.
