He intends, after framing Shinnosuke for the whole incident, to kill him and make it appear as if it was self-defense with the same gun that killed Shinnosuke's father, with the other Riders fairing no worse, with Go fighting Heart wanting Banno's tablet, and Chase unable to save a poisoned Yukari with Mad Doctor.

After Mr. Belt was stolen from Shinnosuke, Go rushes over to make sure he's okay. Heart appears before them both and informs them of Dr Banno's past actions as well as his true intentions.

Without any clues on "Shou", a man who holds the key to solving the case, the investigation begins to stall. However, Otta hears a rumor that is related to the ongoing case.

Gold Drive attacks the Drive Pit, preventing the Kamen Riders from being able to fight him off as he prepares to create the second Global Freeze.

They hold a press conference, falsely accusing the Special Investigation Unit of colluding with the Roidmudes, landing them in jail and Shinnosuke as the public's most wanted criminal. Shinnosuke must find a way to free the Unit and expose Nira of his crimes.
