Shinnosuke and Kiriko are sent to investigate an art gallery where there have been rumors of women's ghosts being eaten by a monster.

While Shinnosuke and Kiriko investigate Roidmude attacks on transportation vehicles, Brain and Heart instruct Chase to follow a criminal named Crush.

While Chase is haunted by the fact that Kiriko and Mr. Belt's voice appears in his memories, Shinnosuke escorts a popular fashion model who has come to the police station because she fears she is being followed by a supernatural creature.

Mashin Chaser is revealed to be Kamen Rider Proto-Drive, but Mr. Belt cannot figure out how to get him to return to his original self. Meanwhile, Shinnosuke tries to figure out why Lila is being targeted and/or protected by Roidmude #096.
