After Max challenges the designers to all come up with a big idea that will help promote Mad Style, True designs a jacket for game show host, Burt Burlington, to wear in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. When True learns of Max's hatred for Burt Burlington, True must sneak onto Burt's parade float to retrieve the jacket. However, in the tussle to get the jacket back, True accidently pushes Burt off and saves the day by taking his place and riding on the float.

"Mad Rocks", an annual rock-oriented fashion show comes around with Lulu agreeing to plan the event but True knowing about Lulu's irresponsibilites in the past is reluctant to let her plan it herself. Her eavesdropping nearly deters the event from happening but tries to saves the day by bringing Jimmy's band Fire & Ice back together. Meanwhile, Max is on vacation, but he is still watching over the company with a camera helmet worn by Amanda.

True has a tough time trying to sell her own line of clothes to an Icelandic fashion store owner; Ryan tries to impress a model by telling her he's the new vice president.

True's job starts taking up all of her free time. When she decides to cut loose and go to one of her friend's parties, she has to pay the price at a presentation the morning after.

True and the rest of the Mad Style staff go to Peru to attend Amanda and Brock's wedding. True wants to start her own fashion line, but can't, because she doesn't have enough money. But, True and her friends discover there's a $20,000 grand prize for whoever can find the Jewel of Peru, which was missing for a year. So the boys and the girls each try to find the criminal. Mikey J. tells Lulu he's moving away for a year and gives her a key for a gift, and Amanda hires Kelsey as her assistant for the wedding.

The accounting department has a bone to pick with True after she spends an excessive amount of money on her company credit card.

Feeling that his employees need to learn different skill sets, Max temporarily gives everyone a different job.

True is asked to design a dress for a celebrity but is worried about getting her first reviews.

True, Lulu and Ryan must mentor incoming freshman for a day. True decides to take her little buddy, Molly, to work with her, although she is shy. While there, Molly criticizes True's new dress after being asked her opinion. True later learns to accept it, and makes a better dress with a new fabric. Meanwhile, Lulu's little buddy, 35 year old Babs teaches her about life. Also, Ryan's little buddy, Nate, gets him into all kinds of trouble, until he finally gets him busted.

True finds out that some her design ideas have been rejected and takes her displeasure out on Max. Meanwhile, Amanda's ex-boyfriend Chad Brackett returns and invites the Mad Style staff to his art exhibit that depicts Amanda in an unflattering manner.

True appears in the local paper and is asked out by the famous actor Leon Thomas (Leon Thomas III) to accompany him to a movie awards show, which makes Jimmy jealous. Meanwhile, Max and Ryan try to get a famous dog model to be face of Mad Style's new dog bow tie line.

School is back in session, and when True's job begins to interfere with school, she has to make a decision. Will she quit her job at Mad Style, or find a way to fix her problem? Meanwhile, True gets her dream assignment.

True accidentally lends Lulu a work-in-progress dress for a school dance. On the other hand, True also gets Jimmy and his band booked as the band for the dance.

The mean girls at True's school show up at Mad Style and intimidate her. Amanda then takes advantage of the situation and hires their leader, Pinky Turzo (Jennette McCurdy), as her assitant. True then loses focus and makes an error at work.

School is back in session, and when True's job begins to interfere with school, she has to make a decision. Will she quit her job at Mad Style, or find a way to fix her problem? Meanwhile, True gets her dream assignment.

Max plans to get married at the city zoo, and True and Amanda vie to design the bridal gown. Later, the wedding planner quits and True tries to save the day from becoming a disaster.

Ryan directs the school play and tries to please leading lady Kelsey at all costs, even if it means upsetting True and Lulu. So True makes a deal with Pinky (Jeanette McCurdy) to get back at Ryan.

True and Lulu arrange a surprise office visit from Mr. Madigan's Uncle Cheswick as a birthday gift, unaware that Uncle Cheswick is a horse. Meanwhile, Ryan's older and more successful brother, Stu visits and announces he is quitting business school to become an artist.

Max accompanies True to her career day with Max being outdone by Royce Bingham, an international spy. Max then becomes sick from eating too many shrimp hor d'oeuvres and asks True to give a speech at a fashion convention in his absence. But the problem is that True has a fear of public speaking. Meanwhile, Ryan and Lulu suspect that Amanda's new male model is a vampire.

True accidentally places Doris' wedding ring in a vest pocket and sends the vest to Paris. So True and Lulu disguise themselves as flight attendants and sneak to Paris. But they get trapped in an old mansion must design a dress for complicated french heiress. Meanwhile, Amanda hires Ryan as a model for her boy fashion line.

True and Shelly go up against Lulu and Mikey J. and Kyle Sandbox and Kelsey in the class president and vice president election.

When True is put in charge of a project that requires her to have skateboarding knowledge, Lulu and her come up with a plan. They decide to dress up like boys and enter a local skateboarding club to get the inside scoop. Getting all the info they need, True creates slammin' designs for the celebrity project manager, Ryan Sheckler. Meanwhile, Amanda tries to prove to Oscar that her lack of kindness isn't the reason that her assistants keep quitting.

Max seeks help from True and her friends in coming up with a creative way to propose to his girlfriend. When True, Ryan and Lulu head out to pick up the ring, they run into a little trouble involving a cop and Max's mannequin.

True's crushing on a new boy at school named Justin (Tyler James Williams), but when she finally gets the courage to ask him out, he turns her down. True and Lulu suspect he's dating someone until True discovers his big secret. In an attempt to show True his romantic side, Justin enlists the help of superstar Natasha Bedingfield to perform "These Words" for the duo. Back at the office, Mr. Madigan takes casual dress day too far and Amanda can't handle it. Meanwhile, a statistics class has uncovered a special connection between Mikey J and Kelsey (Jordan Monaghan) that has Lulu and Ryan seething with jealousy.

True and Jimmy go the Valentine's dance just as friends, even though they both want to admit they have feelings for each other and also True tries to pair Ms. Park with Mr. Jamerson. Meanwhile, Amanda keeps sending herself flowers from Brock Champion, and everyone calls her crazy. But she actually meant Brock, whom first appeared in episode "The Dance" who she dated for 19 days, until he left to play baseball in Peru. He reappears at the end while Amanda is talking to True and Lulu, and he asks her to marry him. Also, Ryan finds out Kelsey likes him, and Mikey J. writes a song for Lulu
