Val goes to talk to him but he acts as though he doesn't know until she saves him from an assassin. He tells her that he's working undercover trying to uncover a bookmaking operation. She offers V.I.P.'s services since she probably led the assassin to him and V.I.P. go undercover as members of the faculty. Kay goes undercover as a student and is the butt of a practical joke by a sorority sister.

Tasha goes to meet a man but he shows up dead. She checks his pockets and finds a microchip in a little plastic bag. Kay cracks it open to discover that it's in Russian. According to Tasha it's a list of Tregoran sleeper spies. Tregoran was a scientist who would brainwash ordinary people and turn them into unwilling assassins who could be activated by a codeword or phrase. Tasha then goes to a museum to meet up with her ex-husband, a man known only as The Owl, to see if he can help her. As they leave two men attack them but are soon defeated. Val, Nikki and Quick show up and Tasha informs them that she's on the list of Tregoran sleeper spies. They decide to take Tasha off active duty because the wrong word or phrase can set her off. They have to monitor her every move. A man calls to meet with Tasha but they decide to send Val undercover posing as Tasha to meet with them. Val's father returns and he's being targeted by a group of high tech terrorists. Val discovers that he's her father and she brings him to her penthouse where they discover that the terrorists are outside so they leave posing as decoys. Two of the terrorists enter the penthouse thinking that Val and her dad are still in there but are treated to a bomb; the bomb blows up destroying the penthouse. Tasha discovers that Val's dad is and ex-CIA operative who was involved in a top-secret project called OMEGA. Val's father is then busted and kept in an extremely well secured building. Tasha has to go through a set of lasers, like Catherine Zeta-Jones in the movie Entrapment, but before she can Val accidentally shoots her with a goo that has a similar effect as Novocain so Val has to take her place. She makes it through all right but gets excited and her breasts accidentally touch the last laser and set off the alarm. They escape with Val's dad and the CIA kills the remaining terrorist.

She sends Val on a health spa getaway and has the fake Val infiltrate V.I.P. and steal Dr. Kovacs' bacteria but her plans are foiled when the real Val returns early believing something is up when Angel, Dr. Tina Stokes' partner, appears at the health and tries to kill her twice.

Val however ruined their plans when she spilled some turpentine on one of the canvases exposing the art underneath. Now V.I.P. must regain the painting and rescue Val and Bobby Xero from the smugglers who threatened to kill them for discovering their scheme.

Prophet doesn't know what The Double D Girls look like so detective Grispy decides to use V.I.P. to go undercover as The Double D Girls so he can find out who Prophet is working for. When they get to Las Vegas the limo they're driving in contains a bomb. They have 82 seconds to diffuse but first they have to find it. They find in time and throw it out the sunroof. They find out that Prophet wants them to steal some platinum. They pull off the job but the real Double D Girls show up and steal the platinum. They want to take Quick as a hostage but the rest of V.I.P. come to save him. Together they defeat The Double D Girls.

Ronnie Beeman, a controversial talk show host hires V.I.P. as security on his self titled talk show. On their first day on the job they stop an audience member from attempting to assassinate Ronnie Beeman. When they interrogate him all he tells them is that his name is Daniel J. Kilborne. Before they can anything else out of him he kills himself. Val however notices a tattoo on his right bicep which helps identify him as member of a Black Ops Commando Unit. The unit consists of four men and one woman. The next day at the studio another member of the Black Ops Commando Unit attempts to kill Ronnie Beeman, backstage this time. He also fails but manages to escape by car. Nikki and Tasha follow him to the commando's empty hideout and they manage to set off an electronic trip wire giving them seconds to escape before it explodes. They just barely make it. Afterwards when they explore the remains they find blueprints for the studio of the Ronnie Beeman Show. Ronnie takes some good advice and

V.I.P. split up into two teams when Tasha is tired of doing charity events. She gets V.I.P. a job body guarding Cora DeFarge of DeFarge Industries but Val and Kay have already signed on to protect Paul McCartney from a bomb threat at a PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) benefit concert. Val and Kay refuse to drop the PETA gig especially when they find out that DeFarge Industries is on PETA's list of companies to boycott. V.I.P. discover a warehouse owned by Cora DeFarge, which contains military issued weapons with the serial numbers, filed off, gold bars and monkey paws. When they return an hour later with Grispy the warehouse has been cleared of the aforementioned items and refilled with medical supplies. Tasha discovers that Cora is behind the bomb threat at the PETA benefit concert and V.I.P. become one again to eliminate Cora DeFarge.
