It’s game day at Worst Cooks boot camp, and the recruits must make varsity-worthy nachos inspired by different flavor profiles. They get into the game day spirit by competing in a game of cornhole to determine what flavor profile they will use. For the main dish challenge, mentors Anne Burrell and Tyler Florence teach their recruits how to make irresistible, stuffed burgers. The recruits step up to the plate and throw darts at a map to determine which of the 50 states will inspire their own craveable creations. The recruits who score touchdowns with their burgers will continue on, but those who fumble in the kitchen will be cut from their teams.

Game Day

On Valentine's Day, a prancing cupid finds his way into the kitchen and the recruits test their ability to whip cream and create molten chocolate cakes; for the main dish challenge, they must make a swoon-worthy, multi-component dessert.

Sweets for My Sweetie

The remaining recruits take a field trip to a farm, where they're challenged to prepare the perfect omelet. Later, the hopefuls try to re-create a pork dish, relying only on their own memory after their notebooks are taken away.

Farmageddon

The final four recruits cook for their loved ones during a blind-tasting challenge to determine who will compete in the final.

Eat, Pray, Love

The recruits are halfway through boot camp and they’re learning how to create new dishes from common leftover ingredients. They play a taste and describe game, “What’s in My Mouth? Leftovers Edition,” and then Anne Burrell and Tyler Florence leave the recruits alone for the first time to make pizza from scratch. Some pizzas impress the Chefs in the blind taste test, but others get boxed out.

Leftovers Again?

The six remaining recruits make sausage from scratch during a trip to a butcher shop. Then, they face their seafood fears when tasked with cleaning and prepping whole fish and squid.

Facing Food Fears

The recruits will be tested on an international level as they attempt to learn to make Hand Pulled Chinese Noodles and meatballs from around the globe. Will the recruits pull through or will they create an international disaster?

Going Global

This week, the Recruits huddle up to tackle game day dishes as they as they create deep-fried fan favorites for Chefs Anne and Tyler. Will they make crowd pleasing dishes, or be defeated by the fryer? After the big game, the Recruits try not to lose their noodles when they break down a raw squid to make squid ink pasta with calamari.

Scared Straight Into the Kitchen

Mentors Anne Burrell and Tyler Florence introduce a game in which the recruits meet some magical and mysterious kitchen gadgets. The recruits become fast friends with the most important tool of all, a knife, to make fajitas while demonstrating their knife skills. Then boot camp transforms into a fish market, and the recruits get up close and personal with the catch of the day as they learn to fillet and prepare fish. The recruits who don't get along with their new friends end up sleeping with the fishes.

The Bird is the Word

Sixteen hapless home cooks begin culinary boot camp in the Season 3 opener. First, the recruits prepare signature dishes, which are then critiqued by hosts Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay. Later, they learn the basics of cooking breakfast.

Best of the Worst

The Recruits are down to the final four when they are faced with their most important challenge so far. They recreate their signature dishes from the first episode, using their newfound skills and food knowledge, showing who has truly improved and who is still a Worst Cook. The next day, the Recruits are shocked to find they will be cooking for their family members. As this is a blind tasting, the Recruits risk being sent home by their very own loved ones.

Boot camp transforms into the game show Family Food and the teams go head to head in trivia rounds and culinary tasks testing their knowledge; a Teppanyaki chef performs dazzling tricks over a grill; the recruits learn to make a hibachi-style meal.

Hibachi Heroes

The final two recruits must prepare a three-course meal in a real restaurant kitchen for a panel of demanding gourmands. Chefs Anne and Robert devise a menu, send the recruits shopping for ingredients and then help their recruit practice the menu for three short hours. The next day, the recruits find themselves at New York’s Tribeca Grill, where they'll cook for culinary experts Marc Murphy, Donatella Arpaia and Drew Nieporent. After much deliberation, the panel reveals its choice for the best-executed meal.

It's all about flavors for the recruits as they have to make and top their own pizza and have their palates tested with extreme and odd flavor combinations. With 12 recruits left, they will all have to fight to taste victory!

That's So '90s: The Fresh Chefs of Boot Camp

The recruits learn how to make fresh pasta. Then they prepare a variety of hors d'oeuvres while catering a 30-person cocktail party.

The hopefuls must replicate three simple sauces and incorporate them into seafood dishes. Later, they re-create frozen meals using fresh and flavorful ingredients.

Eight recruits will be asked to re-create one of Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay's favorite meals using nothing but their sense of taste, smell and sight while their teachers secretly watch and judge. The final four recruits learn to cook a complicated dessert before teaching the dish to a group of high-school football players. Then the finalists must reinvent the terrible dish they cooked for Anne and Beau on their very first day.

Then former Worst Cooks recruits watch and comment on an episode in which the contestants compete in boardwalk-themed cooking challenges led by Chef Anne and Chef Alex Guarnaschelli.

Boot camp is transformed into Hollywood Stars, a '90s-style game show where the celebs must put their culinary skills and knowledge to the test. The winning team gains an advantage for the skill drill challenge, where the celebs must create their own spin on avocado toast. Things get fancy for the main dish challenge when mentors Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro teach their teams how to prepare Steak Oscar. The recruits with the least successful plates must compete in a blind elimination challenge and make unique crostini. Anne and Jeff decide which star's dish doesn't shine as bright as the other.

That's So '90s: Clueless in the Kitchen

The celebs find boot camp transformed into a colorful, retro diner, and chefs Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro challenge them to tackle diner favorites like burgers, fries and milkshakes. First, the recruits must determine the flavors in various milkshakes and then retrieve those flavors in a gigantic bowl of sprinkles. Then, the celebs have to make a loaded burger and fries in a fast-paced, tag-team cooking relay. The main dish challenge is stuffed with flavor when Anne and Jeff teach the recruits how to make fruit-filled pastry pockets. Some recruits successfully embrace the sweeter side of boot camp while the bottom two recruits compete in the blind elimination challenge and one is eliminated.

The recruits learn five fundamental knife skills at the Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse. Then, each attempts to prepare a teppanyaki-style dish. For the Main Dish Challenge, Anne and Beau post a recipe on the blackboard, only to erase it halfway through the challenge.

Celebrity: Social Media Food Failures

The recruits enter boot camp and see it transformed for a Chinese New Year celebration. First, they play a game where fortune cookie clues lead them to ingredients, and they learn to make fried rice. For the main dish challenge, Anne Burrell and Alton Brown mentor the recruits as they make dumplings, and while some dumplings are great, others are filled with disappointment.

It's time for the celebs to shred some serious gnar when they discover boot camp has been transformed into WC Peaks, a winter chalet. The recruits compete in a series of winter-inspired culinary games, and then mentors Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro task the recruits with making a classic apres-ski snack, loaded waffles. In the main dish challenge, the chefs demonstrate classic European schnitzel with potato sides. The two recruits with the least successful dishes must compete in the blind elimination challenge and attempt to cook their way into another week of boot camp.

That's So '90s: Cross-Country Cooking

Chef-mentors Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro send their recruits on a tropical adventure by playing Legends of the Hidden Coconut. It's a race to please the island gods as the celebs must solve a recipe puzzle and then cook coconut shrimp and a dipping sauce. Then things get fishy in the main dish challenge when the celebs learn how to make seafood curry dishes. While some of the recruits crush the curry game, the two celebs with the worst dishes must compete in the blind elimination challenge.

That's So '90s: Going Coco-Nuts

The celebrities are used to being superstars, but now they have to be superheroes in the kitchen! Chefs Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro don their own superhero suits to make the recruits complete an obstacle course in order to unlock clues and retrieve a mystery dish to recreate. For the main dish challenge, the recruits tackle an "im-pasta-ble" mission of making fresh pasta and sauce from scratch. Unfortunately, some recruits' superpowers shine brighter than others, and the bottom two recruits must compete in the blind elimination challenge.

That's So '90s: Saved by the Dough

Celebrity: Shabby to Chic

The final two recruits face off in the ultimate challenge -- cooking a 3-course, restaurant quality meal for a panel of culinary experts. Anne Burrell and Tyler Florence coach their recruits from the sidelines, but it all comes down to the skills that the recruits have learned over the past 10 weeks. Judges Paulette Goto, Jordan Andino and Michael Chernow taste the recruits' dishes in a blind taste test and determine the winner of the $25,000 prize.

In the penultimate skill drill challenge, the recruits play remote-control chef and instruct Alton Brown and Anne Burrell in how to make a dish they cannot see or taste. For the main dish challenge, the recruits have to make a steak dish. The stakes are high, and only the recruits with the two best dishes make it to the finale.

The Recruits are faced with their biggest struggles yet: cooking for others in larger quantities. They are asked to make a breakfast for special guest star, Good Morning America's Meteorologist Ginger Zee, who happens to know a thing or two about how important breakfast is. Then they complete this week's challenge by throwing a dinner party for past Recruits, who know exactly what it's like to be in their shoes.

For the skill drill, chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall have their teams put their own spin on fried chicken sandwiches. In the main challenge, the recruits rock and roll while creating unique roulades, but it may be the last week of boot camp for the least successful recruits.

Between Two Buns

Boot camp transforms into a Parisian patisserie, and the singles learn they'll be making desserts in a fast-paced game called Dessert Dash. Recruit pairs taste and recreate pastries by wheeling their "bistro mobiles" to different stations in the middle of boot camp. Desserts continue in the Skill Drill challenge when Anne and Jeff task their teams with making their own flavored profiteroles. The training wheels come off for the Main Dish challenge as the recruits cook a romantic dinner for two on their own. While some recruits manage to sweep their chefs off their feet, those with the worst dishes are eliminated before the second date.

If the Choux Fits

Chefs Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay go head to head in the Worst Cooks in America finale. Chef Anne, a 3-0 winner, is ready to fight for her crown but Bobby wants redemption.

So Close I Can Almost Taste It

When the remaining celebrity recruits walk into Boot Camp, they find two huge boards with incomplete recipes. As a team, they work to fill in the blanks and cook the recipe. Then the recruits are tasked with making fresh pasta with seafood, pushing the culinary boundaries of the seafood-averse.

Riddle Me This

Chef Anne Burrell and Chef Tyler Florence test the recruits' food knowledge in a game show-style battle of "Family Food," where they go head-to-head to win steps for an incomplete recipe. After the game, they clumsily attempt to fill in the blanks in their partial recipes and cook the dish. Then, they all must stuff and prepare a delicate cut of meat.

Getting Stuffed

Anne and Tyler's final two recruits plan a refined three-course menu for a judges' panel of culinary experts. In the end, only the dishes can prove which recruit has gone from worst to best and will win the $25,000 prize.

Final Food Fight 8

Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray get Halloween-ready with scary challenges for the celebrities like unique monster Bloody Marys and frightening foods in their main dish. Then two celebrities face a "devilish" elimination challenge.

Boooot Camp!

A game of Family Food is played by the celebrity recruits, who are asked food and pop culture questions. Later, they must make chicken and waffles exactly as demonstrated by their mentors, Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray.

Celebrity Cheat Meals

For the skill drill challenge, the celebrities must execute a simple recipe that is missing some key words. Then, for their main challenge, the remaining recruits must cook complicated pasta dishes for special guests and former Worst Cooks contestants Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and Kendra Wilkinson. The celebrities with the best dishes head to the finale.

Live and Let Dough

12 to 16 contestants with poor cooking skills are taken through an eight-week culinary boot camp, to earn a cash prize of $25,000. The recruits are trained on the various basic cooking techniques including: baking, knife skills, temperature, seasoning and preparation. The final challenge is to cook a restaurant quality three-course meal for three food critics.
