With the aid of a female psychiatrist, the paramedics treat an elderly woman with a hip injury and a man with heart trouble. Copter 15 transports the victims to the hospital, where a power failure complicates matters. Dr. Morton accompanies the paramedics back to Station 86, where they respond to an auto accident with multiple injuries.
